Nascent soul :the golden core gave birth to a soul , the soul can leave the body breafly , If your body dies, you can take possession of someone else body your soul can scan a small area (100 miles). 1000 years of life.
God transformation: the soul is condense and can travel freely in the world . Capable of destroying mountains and rivers with ease , the soul can scan every thing in a large range . Lifespan 2000 years
Void refining : it's called void refining because you can escape the world and stay in the void without harm for a while .3000 years of life
Combined Realm . Your soul ,body and Qi reach a balance and fused together. Unless your Qi soul and body are not destroyed together it's difficult to die . Lifespan 5000 years
Mayamana Realm : push your Qi ,body and soul to the limit to prepare for the tribulations Realm . 7000 years of lifespan
Tribulations Realm . Suffers tribulations each 1000 years to purifie yourself toward immortality also called the semi immortal Realm . Each tribulations send 2000 years of lifespan at the peak, 25000 year of life
