The slightly noisy morning soon came to an end.
After finishing breakfast, Cain and the others set off together toward the restaurant.
The restaurant Royman had given to Cain was located on Northwest Main Street, close to the Adventurers Guild headquarters.
As one of the areas with the heaviest foot traffic in Orario, Cain had previously set up a stall nearby as well.
"Captain Cain, you've arrived."
When Cain and the others reached the restaurant, Chandra had already arrived together with members of the Soma Familia to prepare for the opening ceremony.
After nodding in greeting, Hestia stayed behind to give instructions alongside Chandra.
As for Cain, he brought Ais and the others into the restaurant.
Ais glanced around at the brand new interior before turning her gaze toward the black haired boy beside her.
"Do I need to change clothes?"
"Yes. I have already prepared them for you."
Cain called out to Lili.
"Take her to the changing room. The clothes are in locker number two."
"Okay."
Lili led Ais toward the changing room.
A moment later, Ais appeared again.
Compared to earlier, the girl was now wearing a black striped suit. Her golden hair was tied into a neat ponytail, and she wore a pair of black framed glasses that added a calm and professional air.
"Looks pretty good."
Cain looked at Ais for a moment before leading her toward the counter.
"You will be helping with payments here today. You should be able to handle simple work like this, right?"
"No problem."
Ais nodded.
After all, she was a Level 5 adventurer. Her memory and calculation abilities were excellent.
Accepting money and giving change was very simple for her.
"Oh, right. One more thing."
Cain spoke again.
Under Ais's curious gaze, he pointed toward a promotional poster posted nearby.
"See this? When someone comes to pay, ask them whether they want to apply for a membership card."
"A membership card?"

"I understand."
Ais nodded thoughtfully.

"A flyer for Hestia Restaurant."
"Hestia... Isn't that Cain's Familia, nyaa? They opened a restaurant?"
"Yes. Did you not know, Anya?"
"I have not gone out much lately, nyaa."
Anya's cat ears twitched twice as she leaned closer to look at the flyer together with Ryuu and Syr.
"Free tasting event, low price divine wine event, membership card discount event... There are so many events, nyaa!"
"Right? It looks very interesting."
Syr smiled gently.
"The opening happens to be today. Ryuu and I were planning to go take a look. Do you want to come with us, Anya?"
"I will go, nyaa!"
Anya nodded immediately.

After hanging the Closed sign outside The Hostess of Fertility, Mia led Syr and the others toward the neighboring street.
"Wow. It is so lively, nyaa!"
Seeing the crowd gathered ahead, Anya looked astonished.
"Is Cain's restaurant really that popular?"
"Recently the Hestia Familia and Soma Familia have been handing out flyers everywhere. With a free tasting event on top of that, it is normal for so many people to come."
Syr was not surprised at all.
Following Mia and the others toward the entrance of the restaurant, a long wooden table filled with snacks came into view.
"Huh! This smells amazing, nyaa!"
Anya's attention was instantly drawn to it.
Seeing the words Free Tasting written in large letters on the table, she reached out, picked up a cat shaped cookie, and tossed it into her mouth.
Crunch!
A crisp sound echoed as if knocking on the gates of heaven.
An incredibly rich creamy aroma burst across her taste buds like a golden flood.
It was like golden nectar made from caramelized honey blended with top grade butter, forming an unmatched fragrance that instantly conquered Anya's senses.
Then came the delicate crisp texture that seemed to melt the heart.
Like countless layers of butter pastry stacked thinner than cicada wings, every layer crumbled gently between her teeth and melted into smooth clouds of cream.
"Nyaa?! Nyaa Nyaa Nyaa!!!"
"Anya?"
Watching the cat eared girl suddenly acting as if she had been enchanted, letting out a series of excited meows, Ryuu froze with a biscuit in her hand.
"What is wrong? Are you alright?"
"Nyaa... I am fine..."
Anya slowly regained her senses.
Her eyes sparkled brightly as she stared at the plate of biscuits in front of her.
"Ryuu, these are super delicious, nyaa!"
"You should try them quickly too, nyaa!"
