Chapter 62 - Chapter 62: The Cruelty of Pirates! The Nightmare of the Celestial Dragons!

Public slave.

Can be disposed of at will.

Don't kill.

These three conditions combined sent a chill running up the spines of every pirate present.

This wasn't mere humiliation—this was about trampling the Celestial Dragons into the mud, into the filth, making them experience torments worse than hell.

"This…"

For a moment, everyone hesitated.

After all, the aura of being World Nobles had been deeply ingrained in people's minds for centuries.

Even knowing they were trash, parasites, the long-standing fear and reverence weren't so easily erased.

Many instinctively looked around, waiting for someone to make the first move.

Seeing no one step forward, Raiver Sky took the lead.

He walked up to Saint Donquixote, looking down at the Celestial Dragon trembling on the ground.

"Celestial Dragons…"

Raiver Sky's voice was calm, yet carried an icy sharpness:

"Strip away that pigskin, and they're nothing but blood-sucking swine."

Before his words faded, he raised his right foot and stomped down hard.

The target was Saint Donquixote's right hand.

"CRACK!"

A clear bone-snapping sound accompanied a sickening squelch of mangled flesh.

Saint Donquixote's right hand instantly deformed, the palm bones shattered into pieces, skin and flesh crushed into a pulp, blood spreading across the stone pavement.

"AHHH—!!!"

A shrill, inhuman scream tore through the port.

Saint Donquixote's eyes widened to their limits, bloodshot veins covering his eyeballs.

The intense pain directly caused him to lose consciousness.

The entire port fell deathly silent.

Everyone held their breath, staring fixedly at the mangled hand and Raiver Sky's slowly lifting, blood-soaked boot.

A prepared crew member immediately raised a Camera Den Den Mushi, accurately capturing this historic moment.

"CLICK!"

The shutter sound was particularly jarring in the silence.

This was precisely the plan Raiver Sky and Rocks had devised: use cameras to record the Celestial Dragons' most humiliating moments and spread them throughout the world.

Not only to humiliate, but to publicize this humiliation, letting everyone see that the so-called Celestial Dragons were nothing but trash that could be trampled underfoot.

The silence lasted several seconds before being shattered by an explosive uproar.

"Has Officer Raiver Sky always been this bold?"

"He's super brave! Didn't you hear? He already killed one and captured two alive!"

"This is so satisfying to watch!"

Flames ignited in the eyes of many pirates.

The resentment built up from years of oppression by Celestial Dragons and persecution by the World Government found its outlet at this moment.

Since someone had taken the lead, since the captain allowed it, what was there to fear?

Raiver Sky withdrew his foot, glanced at the unconscious Saint Donquixote, and spoke again:

"Whoever can wake this dead pig up—I'll reward them with one hundred million Belly."

One hundred million Belly!

The number made everyone gasp sharply.

What did one hundred million Belly mean?

An ordinary pirate with a Bounty reaching ten million was already considered extremely vicious.

One hundred million Belly was enough to buy a small island, enough to squander for a lifetime.

And now, all that was needed was to do one simple thing—piss on the Celestial Dragon.

Upon hearing this, Rocks immediately raised his voice in agreement:

"I'll add another hundred million."

Two hundred million Belly!

Just piss on a Celestial Dragon, and you could get two hundred million Belly?!

"Officer Raiver Sky! Let me do it!"

"Me too!"

"I was here first!"

"Bullshit! It was clearly me!"

Several pirates immediately lit up with excitement, pushing and shoving to get to the front.

With someone taking the lead, those who had been hesitating completely cast aside their reservations.

How could they miss such a golden opportunity falling from the sky?

Moreover, they could also humiliate a Celestial Dragon—this double thrill was enough to make their blood boil.

"Then come together."

Raiver Sky stepped aside and made a "go ahead" gesture.

In the blink of an eye, the unconscious Saint Donquixote was surrounded by a circle of pirates with malicious grins.

"Cough... ugh..."

Saint Donquixote woke up again.

When he opened his eyes, he saw a circle of sneering faces.

This scene was also recorded by the Camera Den Den Mushi.

The hands of the one holding the lens trembled slightly—not out of fear, but excitement.

Everything happening before his eyes was simply too insane, too heretical, and precisely because of that, it was all the more thrilling.

Rocks instructed the photographer:

"Print these two photos immediately, make multiple copies, and spread them to every corner of the world through our intelligence network."

"Let everyone see what the Celestial Dragons truly are."

"Yes!"

The photographer responded excitedly, clutching the Camera Den Den Mushi as he hurried away.

The Rocks Pirates had dominated the New World for many years and had long established an underground intelligence network spanning the four seas.

This network was usually used to gather information, smuggle goods, and relay messages.

But now, it would carry an even crazier mission—spreading the disgrace of the Celestial Dragons across the world.

At this moment, Officer Wang Zhi couldn't help but speak up with deep concern:

"Captain, doing this... will likely provoke an all-out retaliation from the World Government and the Marines!"

His voice trembled slightly.

As a veteran officer, he understood the terror of the World Government better than anyone.

It wasn't a matter of one or two Admirals—it was the crushing weight of an entire ruling system.

No matter how strong the Rocks Pirates were, they were ultimately just a single pirate crew. How could they contend with a behemoth that had ruled the world for eight hundred years?

Rocks let out a scornful laugh, his tone dripping with disdain and arrogance:

"Not likely—it's certain."

He turned around, his gaze sweeping over all the officers present, his voice suddenly rising:

"And that... is exactly the result I want."

"The time has come for the decisive battle against the Marines and the World Government."

"They think we're lambs to the slaughter, to be surrounded and suppressed at will."

"Then let them come."

"Let them see who the real hunter is."

A blazing fire burned in Rocks' eyes—a fire of ambition, hatred, and the madness to overturn everything.

"All officers—follow me to the castle conference hall."

"It's time to formulate the battle plan."

With that, Rocks led the officers away, leaving behind a harbor full of pirates who exchanged bewildered glances before erupting into excited clamor.

After Rocks and the others left, the brief silence on the dock was replaced by even more frenzied uproar.

"So... what do we do with these two Celestial Dragons?"

"Didn't the captain say? Slaves—since they're slaves, hehe..."
