— Short Author's Note —
Hello everyone, I will be using some characters that appeared on the Boys show as students in the God U. I tried to get those in the age range who made an appearance on later seasons.
If you notice some character and have a valid reason why they couldn't be in God U during this time as a student, suck it up, I didn't know that beforehand and already finished the chapter.
Regardless, I try to keep the story in line with the canon events and characters, so forgive me if I made a mistake.

— God U., Adem's POV —
In God U., students are ranked by the administration. The ranking depends on several factors, their popularity and powers being the two primary factors.
The Top 10 are giving a show on the first day, to showcase what this school has to offer to the freshman not to mention the Streaming deal is fairly lucrative.
The current Number 1 is a white guy called Light Speed, as the name might suggest, he is a Speedster. He is considered to be the third fastest man alive, coming short only to A-Train and Shockwave.
He is now facing Number 6, a Latino called Supersonic, but unlike Number 1, he is not a Speedster, instead, his power allows him to generate shockwaves by clapping his hands. I think he was in a boy band a few years back. Not sure.
As soon as the referee started the fight Supersonic clapped his hands, hoping to catch number 1 off guard, but unfortunately his opponent is faster than sound, he managed to out run the Omnidirectional blast, and came back and punched Supersonic square in the jaw.
Instantly sending him down and knocking him out. Most people barely saw a blur, but I and a few others in the crowd could see him running. He had a smug grin on his face the entire time, not that it wasn't warranted considering how easily he took that other guy down.
"Damn… That was brutal," Terry mutter and I nod my head
"Yeah, Speedsters are kinda broken," I said, causing Terry to give me a stink eye.
"Right, because being Homelander Jr. is not broken at all," he said with an eye roll.
I chuckle a little but didn't say anything,
"So, you think you could beat him?" Terry asked.
"Supersonic? Easily, the guy is one trick pony, and it isn't that good of a trick, as for Light Speed, it's hard to say," I said with a shrug. I was fairly certain I could take the Quicksilver rip-off, but I didn't want to sound arrogant.
*Ding*
"Oh, look, class schedules are out," Terry said and Adem grabbed his phone, quickly checking his schedule.
He had gotten into all the classes he had applied to: Literature 101, Calculus 106, Physics 101, Intro to Crime Fighting 101, and Forensics 101.
"I got in," Terry mumbled, getting my attention, "Not everyone gets into Crime Fighting 101, only those who are deemed potential heroes do, rest are sent to Business or Performance Art programs depending on their skill set."
I could understand that explanation. After all, having powers is only the prerequisite of entering this University, the rest depends on how strong/useful you are.
"Do we have all the same classes then?" I asked as they compare time tables, and we do in fact had all the same classes, most of them were at different hours though
"That's good, I suppose." I said as my eyes wandered to the remaining members of the Top 10.
Most of them were very attractive, but there was one girl that stood out even amongst them. She had a dark caramel skin, long, dark hair, and a figure that models would kill to have.
"Damn! Are there Supes this hot?" I said as I stared at her figure.
*chuckle* "Come on man, it's one thing not knowing Light Speed, but don't you know Miss Supe 2017, 2018, and 2019? She is like the hottest Supe in the world." Terry said,
"Yeah, I am culturally challenged, so, who is she?" I asked once again
"That's Moonshadow, she is a Senior, same as Light Speed and Supersonic. I think she is dating Shockwave." He said, causing me to *sigh* in displeasure.

"Oh well," I mumbled.
"Don't worry, there are plenty of fish in the sea," Terry said as he randomly pointed towards one of the freshman girls, "Like her."
My eyes wandered towards the direction he was pointing and I caught sight of a very attractive blonde. She wasn't quite as hot in the traditional sense as Moonshadow, but to me, she looked even more beautiful.
"Wow…"

— Around the Same Time, New York City, General POV —
"This is bad, this is really fucking bad…" Madelyn Stillwell said as she stared at A-Train,
"Can't we just- Can't we just cover this shit up?" Fastest Man Alive asked "I mean it was her fucking fault, what the fuck was that bitch doing on the road?"
Madelyn took a deep breath as she calmed her nerves. She has been dealing with these people's crap for over 3 decades, yet, she was still not used to it. "She was a step from the sidewalk, if the general public finds out about the exact details of it, you are fucked… Luckily, we are not amateurs. We know how to take care of our own." She pointed a finger at A-Train, "And if you do everything I say to the 'T', we might just come out of this without having your reputation smeared to the curb."
"So what do you need me to do?" A-Train said, the look of relief on his face caused a tick mark to appear on Madleyn's forehead.
"We need to release the news to the media. Right now." Madelyn said
"Why the fuck would we do that?!" He bursted out loud.
"Because this is too big of a news to contain. A member of the Seven running through an innocent civilian… We need to control the narrative and the only way to do so is release it ourselves. Once it is done, you will do the non-apology tour, share our sympathy with her and her family but under no circumstances will you take any responsibility."
"Yeah… Yeah that's good. Yeah! That's what I am talking about!" A-Train said as he got up from his seat, "Control the fucking narrative."
Madelyn took a deep breath before having Ashley organize a press conference.
