Wren walked down the long carpeted hallway of the Celestine with his phone in hand as he ran a hand through his blond hair.
The luxury of the ship was undeniable as he had been seeing ever since he got in here, but at this hour, the corridor felt strangely empty.
The deep navy blue of the carpets muffled his footsteps making them silent.
He looked around at the rows of identical high-polished wood doors, noticing that most of the cabin lights were dimmed. It seemed the ship was a bit vacant in this particular wing.
He glanced at the time on his screen.
'Oh, it's 11pm? I think the Captain said that the Starlight deck party would begin by then.'
He let out a short tired breath.
He wasn't interested in the party. After the dinner he'd just endured, the last thing he wanted was to be anywhere near those women who had surrounded him earlier.
He needed a break from the "charming young bachelor" act.
Wren slipped his phone into his pocket and refocused on the room numbers.
