Chapter 54 - Chapter 52 — Aha Shows Up on Demand~

Lin Yi burst out laughing.

"Pfft—HAHAHAHA! This is hilarious! Elio's going to have to rewrite the script again!"

He was genuinely laughing.

Elio's script had been frighteningly accurate.

But as the saying goes—

If you're having fun alone, it's better to share the fun.

And when there's fun to be had, you call Aha.

"Aha, hurry up! There's something funny here!"

"You might not understand it, but just record it first—you won't regret it!"

"Aha is here! Aha understands!"

"Elio has to rewrite the script again! Ahahahahaha!"

Zhili had been listening to Lin Yi and Kafka the entire time.

Every sentence made sense individually.

But somehow, when put together, it sounded like encrypted communication.

She understood every word—

Yet gained absolutely zero useful information.

Then Aha appeared, and she completely lost it.

Wait.

You just show up whenever someone calls you?!

You're an Aeon, for heaven's sake!

Lin Yi's expression changed instantly.

"Aha, give me my memories back!"

Aha said nothing.

It was as if the Aeon had never appeared at all.

Kafka rubbed her temple.

"This scene isn't in the script."

"Elio is definitely rewriting the script again."

Lin Yi silently kept track of the time.

Then—

A black cat walked out of a corridor of flowing data.

Its eyes were bloodshot as it glared at Lin Yi.

"Elio: Is it that funny?!"

The cat cursed furiously.

And not just casually either.

The stream of profanity was so creative that not a single insult repeated itself.

Finally, Elio sighed helplessly.

"The script is useless now."

"But we'll still follow the old version for the moment."

"The details shouldn't change too much. I'll adjust things later."

Elio looked at Lin Yi with a complicated, resentful expression.

Then sighed again.

"Allow me to introduce myself."

"I am the leader of the Stellaron Hunters."

"A slave to fate—"

"Elio."

After a short pause, he added:

"You can also call me…"

"Wo Jian."

Lin Yi frowned.

"Wo Jian…?"

"That name sounds familiar."

Dongfang Qiqing answered immediately.

"He was once the Navigator of the Astral Express."

"The Sentinel of Time."

"The Stargazer."

"—Wo Jian."

Her upbringing required her to know at least a little about major historical figures.

Anyone who had significantly influenced multiple factions had to be memorized.

Lin Yi nodded slowly.

"I see."

Elio sighed again.

"The script really does need to be rewritten."

"Even the smallest interference can drastically affect the script."

Then he added quietly:

"And the person you mentioned—Welt Yang…"

"He appeared twenty-seven seconds ago."

Lin Yi froze.

"What?!"

Elio snapped immediately.

"Why are you panicking?! I'm the one who should be panicking!!!"

His fur stood on end.

Clearly—

The cat was extremely stressed.

Lin Yi shrugged.

"Fair enough."

"You panic first."

"I've already missed the timing anyway."

"There'll be plenty of time later to study things slowly."

The black cat shot him another glare.

Lin Yi asked curiously,

"This isn't your true body, is it?"

"Or are you actually just a cat?"

Elio ignored him.

Instead, he turned to Robin.

"There's a very interesting number on this planet."

"107,336."

"Elio glanced toward Robin."

"You there—Robin."

"When you hear that number, what comes to mind?"

Robin hadn't expected to be addressed.

She repeated the number quietly to herself twice.

Then suddenly realized something.

"The number of members in the Oak Family."

Elio nodded.

"Correct."

"And on this planet, there are two groups with that exact number."

He paced slowly forward.

"The true number of surviving Autran descendants with bloodlines from the Republic of Glamoth."

"—107,336."

Elio took another step.

"And since you arrived on this planet…"

"You've used your songs to ease suffering."

"You've brought supplies to refugees."

"You've helped the weak directly."

"You've practiced the Harmony principle of the strong aiding the weak."

"All the people who benefited from your actions…"

"When counted together…"

"Also total 107,336."

Elio stopped in front of Robin and looked up at her.

"These hundred thousand Autran survivors share a genetic imprint."

"A belief engraved in their blood."

"The continuation of civilization."

"As for the hundred thousand people you helped—"

"Their thoughts are varied."

"But if we look deeply…"

"They share an unshakable wish."

"Peace."

Elio tilted his head slightly.

"When coincidence reaches this level…"

"Do you understand now?"

Robin took a deep breath.

"I understand!"

Then—

She suddenly grabbed Elio.

And began aggressively petting the cat.

Elio shrieked.

"That's not what I meant you to understand!"

"Let me go!!!"

It took him a full minute of struggling to escape her grasp.

Kafka simply smiled quietly.

Even though the script had been broken—

This scene had still existed in the old script.

Robin had actually understood perfectly.

The Chorus Dominicus—the embodiment of collective wishes that could rewrite reality.

Everything that had happened felt ridiculously coincidental.

She had been in a shabby house playing with children.

Then Dongfang Qiqing literally fell from the sky.

She followed her without thinking.

Met a Genius Society member.

Participated in a tuning.

Received an incredibly valuable reward.

Met the infamous leader of the Stellaron Hunters.

And now—

That same Stellaron Hunter leader wanted her to become the tuner who would summon one of Harmony's manifestations—

The Chorus Dominicus.

There were too many coincidences.

So first—

She needed to release her stress.

And the cat happened to be very convenient.

After venting her frustration by petting Elio violently, Robin felt much better.

Her nerves relaxed.

She returned to her elegant posture as if nothing had happened.

Elio glared at her one last time.

Then walked over to Lin Yi and stopped.

His tone returned to normal.

"So."

"What did you see?"

The sudden question made Lin Yi immediately think of the illusionary world he had witnessed earlier.

He didn't hide anything.

"Golden chains everywhere."

"A pair of black and white currents flowing endlessly."

"A vague figure."

"That figure threw half of a Key of Intelligence at me."

"That's about it."

Elio's eyes widened.

"I see."

"Now it all makes sense."

Lin Yi frowned.

"You didn't know?"

Elio shook his head.

"I can't see that place."

Lin Yi reached out as if to grab him.

Elio immediately jumped back.

"That scene—I did see."

Robin's ears turned slightly red.

She hadn't understood the earlier conversation.

But that line's implication was obvious.

Lin Yi sighed.

"Fine."

"I may not know all the details."

"But I understand the general situation."

Elio nodded approvingly.

"Talking to smart people really is comfortable."

Lin Yi rolled his eyes.

"You might be comfortable, but I'm not."

"I hate people who speak in riddles."

Ignoring the black cat, Lin Yi turned to Kafka.

"I'm curious."

"When Elio gives you scripts…"

"Does he always talk like this?"

Kafka shook her head.

"No."

"Elio writes different scripts for different people."

"For Sam, the script is always the simplest."

"One sheet of paper."

"Just two or three lines."

"Extremely concise."

"And yet…"

"Sam always executes it in exactly the way Elio hopes."

"As for me…"

Kafka smiled slightly.

"It's just like I said before."

"'Elio said…'"
