It was almost past midnight and Atheline was proven right when he said preparations were going to be tiring.
Fitting clothes, jewelry, and taking deep baths in aether-infused pools with almost ten servants surrounding you and panicking in his stead wasn't the way he wanted to spend the night before his wedding.
"I think it looks good, sir Seris," he said for the fifth time, irritation sipping into his voice.
The tailor a short, blue-haired, lean man shook his head as he walked around him.
Seris was their personal tailor and had been responsible for making his wedding robes and Lilith's dress.
He also made the palace clothes.
Atheline hadn't seen it but he was sure it was going to be a beautiful dress that matched her fully.
He sighed inwardly and looked at Helther who was sipping wine and laughing at his plight.
"Stay still young lord, I think there might be creases at the corner," he reprimanded and held the edge of the robes.
