'Could Sasuke have developed some peculiar ideas after studying Medical Ninjutsu?' Kabuto mused inwardly.
Medical ninjas possessed the most comprehensive understanding of the human body's structure—one could even say, of biological structures in general—in the entire Ninja World.
Unlike ordinary ninjas who merely wield blades, their knowledge was rooted in systematic, theoretical, and meticulous principles.

Yakushi Kabuto, in particular, had no patience for such mystical nonsense.

Kabuto offered this assertion with a faint smile, then elaborated, "Perhaps it degenerated or remained dormant during embryonic development within the womb, due to various factors."

'If Uchiha members could awaken a Third Eye like Kidōmaru's, would it be a regular eye? A Sharingan? Or perhaps something even more extraordinary?'
"It seems you're quite curious about this, Sasuke," Yakushi Kabuto chuckled. "Tell you what, I'll recommend two books. Though the authors are just ordinary doctors, their research on the human brain and eyes is remarkably thorough. If you have some free time, you might find them helpful for your own studies."
Sasuke's words had undoubtedly piqued the interest of Yakushi Kabuto, the research fanatic. He was equally eager to uncover the nature of the Uchiha's Third Eye.
Sasuke nodded. "Then I thank you, Senior Kabuto."
After exchanging a few more words, Sasuke excused himself.
"By the way, Sasuke, are you planning to participate in this year's Chūnin Exams?" Yakushi Kabuto suddenly asked as Sasuke turned to leave.
"The Chūnin Exams?" Sasuke feigned confusion.
"Mm-hmm," Yakushi Kabuto nodded, explaining, "The village holds the Chūnin Exams every year, usually between late June and early July. Frankly, with your current skills, you should pass the exams with ease."
"I see," Sasuke replied casually. "I'll just see what my teacher arranges. It's still a bit early to be discussing this now."
"True," Yakushi Kabuto smiled slightly and nodded.

After returning home, Sasuke used the Summoning Technique to retrieve the intelligence report from the Ninja Cat's mouth before immediately retreating to the basement to read it.

Legend held that the Box of Ultimate Bliss was the ultimate ninja tool left behind by the Sage of the Six Paths.
Its four sides bore the faces of: Joy, Anger, Sorrow, and Pleasure.
Within the box lay a special technique capable of granting the opener a single wish.
Sasuke intended to harness the Box of Ultimate Bliss power to evolve his mother, Uchiha Mikoto's, Sharingan into a Mangekyō Sharingan.
He would then transplant it to his forehead, making it his own—his Third Eye!
The Eye of Ultimate Bliss!
As the protagonist of the Uchiha bloodline, Sasuke's ascent to peak strength required unlocking a Third Eye.
This Mangekyō Sharingan was merely an early substitute.
