Aria let out a light chuckle, shaking her head.
"Anyway," Ethan continued, his tone shifting just a little, "what do you plan to do now? Since you don't want my money… or my help."
Aria paused briefly, wiping her fingers with a napkin before speaking.
"Uhmm… I already sold my coffee shop before leaving," she said calmly. "The money is still in my account. I also sold my flower shop."
She glanced at him, her expression steady.
"So I don't really need to start working immediately. I have enough to sustain myself until I decide what I want to do next."
Ethan blinked, clearly surprised.
"Oh… I see," he said, exhaling softly. "I never knew you owned a coffee shop… or a flower shop."
Aria let out a short burst of laughter, though there was a hint of sarcasm in it.
"Oh, of course you wouldn't," she said. "Everyone only knows me as the mafia heiress who spends recklessly… the one just waiting for her father to hand over his position."
