The mansion war room was filled with tension.
Large digital maps covered the walls.
Routes, weapons shipments, and safe houses were marked everywhere.
Standing in the center was Aryan Malhotra, the man feared across the underworld as King Cobra.
Around him stood his most trusted men.
And beside him was Anaya Sen.
She looked at the screens, still trying to understand the dangerous world she had entered.
Aryan pointed at the map.
"These routes belong to the Black Serpent Syndicate."
"If they lose them, their entire network collapses."
One of his men spoke.
"Boss… they won't stay quiet."
Aryan nodded.
"I know."
Then another guard rushed into the room.
"Boss… urgent information."
Aryan turned.
"What is it?"
The guard placed a tablet on the table.
"We identified the leader of the syndicate."
The screen showed a photo.
A middle-aged man with cold eyes and a calm but terrifying expression.
Anaya felt uneasy just looking at him.
"Who is he?" she asked.
Aryan's expression became serious.
"His name is Alexander Dragov."
"He is the real leader of the Black Serpent Syndicate."
The guard continued explaining.
"He controls networks across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East."
"Viktor Volkov works directly under him."
Anaya whispered softly,
"So Viktor is just… a pawn?"
Aryan nodded.
"Yes."
Then his voice became colder.
"And if Dragov personally contacted us…"
"It means he's coming to India."
The room became silent.
Anaya looked at Aryan.
"Why would someone that powerful come here himself?"
Aryan looked straight at her.
"Because of you."
Anaya's heart skipped.
"Me?"
Aryan pointed at the laptop containing the data chip.
"You are the only person who holds the key to destroying his empire."
Suddenly the room lights flickered.
Then all the screens turned black.
A few seconds later—
One face appeared on every monitor.
Cold eyes.
A calm smile.
It was Alexander Dragov.
He spoke slowly.
"Good evening… King Cobra."
Aryan crossed his arms.
"You're far from home, Dragov."
Dragov chuckled softly.
"You have something that belongs to me."
Aryan replied coldly,
"And you kidnapped people who belong to me."
Dragov's gaze shifted toward Anaya.
"So this is the daughter of Rajiv Sen."
His smile grew darker.
"You look just like your father."
Anaya felt a chill.
Dragov continued calmly.
"I will give you one chance."
"Hand over the data chip… and I might let you live."
Aryan's expression didn't change.
"And if I refuse?"
Dragov's smile disappeared.
"Then tomorrow night…"
"I will personally come for your wife."
The screen suddenly went black.
The connection ended.
Silence filled the war room.
Anaya looked at Aryan nervously.
"Is he serious?"
Aryan's voice became dangerously calm.
"Yes."
Then he picked up his gun.
"Which means tomorrow…"
"The real war begins."
