Octane Phantoms were home already in their room sleeping.
It was 2am.
But keifer couldn't sleep. He was sharing a room with his 2 brothers. The room was very big enough to fit 5.
3 brothers were staring at the ceiling. Keifer's mind kept replaying of how Jay had supported him.
Keifer (mind): Thank Jay for trusting me. I won't make the same mistake. I won't betray or leave you. I will make sure the 3 clans accept me. I will make sure the octane phantom can accept me
A tear slid from his eye. But he was still confused abt one thing.

The room was too quite. Keigan broke the silence first.

Keifer sat up on his bed.

Lights? still on!

James was holding a pen in hand sitting on the table and writing non-stop. around the room many papers rolled as balls were thrown.

James: you 3 need smth?
Keifer: I need to ask you something.... It's late why are you up anyways?
He nodded.
James: sit. Give me 5mins. I will answer your question.
The 3 brothers sat on the bed.
Keigan: your the same age as me right?
James nodded without looking at them.
Keifer got up and went near James. His eyes widened
Keifer: Wait! this is advanced level maths. Why are working these out?
Keigan curiosity peaked he walked up.
Keigan: Wait even I haven't started to solve these yet!
James didn't answer.
Keifer: your worse then keigan. I swear.
James: shut up and sit!
They sat.
After 5 min.
James: finally after a whole day solved this question!
he said excited.
James got up and looked around.
James: oh wow..... This room is a mess. Let's talk in my other bedroom.
Keiren: you have another room
He smiled gently
James: yes
They stepped out.
James: faycee pls clean my room and bring some snacks to my other room pls.
She bowed.
Upstairs at James other room:
James: so..... what is it?
Keifer: what is wrong with Jay. Her health? how did she change and your brother? I thought he was gay. that's what she told everyone.
James turned serious.
James: I can't tell you anything abt her health even though i Know abt it. Bcoz it should be her who should be tell you. As for my brother he was never gay. It was a made up lie. Let's just say Ate Maria and my kuya were forced break up. Bcoz of Jace and Angelo.
Keigan: how many siblings?
James: together we are 5. One..... adopted

James got up from the chair and looked at his watch.
James: it's 2:40 am you should go to sleep. 10mins over.
Before going out of door. He turned
James: Keifer..... Ate Maria..... She's family. She loves so much pls don't break her. you already did it once. Just stand beside her.
