Jay's pov
I was getting ready but my mind just replayed the king of assholes kiss.
I hated my mind that it kept replaying the same thing.
But one thing hit me
Hard.
I was engaged.
To my best friend.
I wasn't guilty.
I wasn't cheating on him bcoz we both are against this engagement.
Just.....
don't know how to talk abt it to ggp....
I was scared.
Keifer cannot get caught with Anderson's. their eyes are everywhere I have to be careful....
I snapped out of my thoughts and headed downstairs. I grabbed a slice of bread and stuffed it in my mouth.
Aries: how long? let's go na....
Jay: Aries you can go I have my own car, I know how to drive
Aries: are you sure?
I nodded.
Aries had left I was driving

She got out of the car
She moved instantly.
First attacker—down. Just by one strong punch
tss. weak she murmured
Second—hit hard.
Her moment slowed a bit
The hit wasn't that hard
She moved more precisely again.
All 6 of the people down. At least Jay thought only 6.
But no.
She didn't notice someone and
BANG!
A bullet hit her arm. She winced in pain.
She tapped her necklace which was connected to Julian.
She slid her gun out slowly and
BANG!
Shot the person who had shot her.
All of them were down
Jay looked around and calmed her down
Her watch vibrated.

I winced
every step i took hurt.
Bad!
I reached the car and grabbed my heart pill swallowed it dry. I closed my eyes for few second. I was sweating.
Julian: Maria are you ok?
He saw my arm bleeding. He was shocked
Julian: you got attacked
I nodded. I couldn't speak
Energy?
FULLY DRAINED.
He took out the first aid kit from the bad and slowly bandaged it. He removed my bullet first.
Julian: You should go home. Your first class would be done by now..
Maria: skipped too many. I need to go
But first.... I had to cover my wound. I stared at Julian
Maria: hey.... can I borrow your Jacket to hide my wound
He chuckled
Julian: you have most of my hoodies why bother asking for a Jacket?
I frowned
I took his Jacket and covered my wound
Julian: want me to drop you?
Maria: what abt my car?
Julian: I'll ask my Assistant to drop it at the Fernandez
I nodded
The drive was silent.
We bid goodbye.
I was walking slowly to section E building
Honestly.... I was exhausted.
When I reached the class.
I heard noise
Everyone were present panicking. Including Aries, Mica, Ella ( seriously what is she doing here?), Rakki and.... Freya.
Where were you? I called you Jay.... Why didn't you Pick up?

Forgot my phone was switched off.
