Keifer's pov:
I know Angelo told me to leave but I wasn't ready to. I didn't want to face anything alone. I want to know what is going on with Jay.
I know angelo is leaving with Aries. I didn't know if it was right to ask her.
But I didn't like the fact of her being close to Oliver not after knowing he's her ex.
ex...
I sighed
My chest tightened with that word spinning in my brain.
I'm confused.
Does she really love me?
No. I don't believe it. I know my Jay.
She loves me and only me.
I shouldn't overthink. I should ask her explanation.
I saw Angelo leaving.
I took my chance to enter the hospital again.

" Didn't you leave" Juliette asked annoyed.
Keifer: Jay....
Jay: Leave me with him. I need to talk to him.
Before leaving Adrian handed the small blueberry candy.
Keifer moved and sat beside Jay
Keifer: can you explain what's going on. Do you....love Oliver. I'm not doubting just wanted to know
Jay didn't hesitate.
Jay: No i don't love him keif. He just.... means a lot. We both have a bond that makes us always choose each other. I love you even if I want to deny the feeling.
Keifer knew she was telling the truth.
But....
he just wanted Jay to share her problem.
Keifer: I know you won't explain. I know you told me to wait but can I know what exactly is going on?
Jay hesitated.
Keifer understood the silence he was abt to leave when Jay caught his sleeves.
Jay: sit.
The silence felt eerie.
Jay:
Me and Julian both have a heart problem to be more exact pisoned.
Keifer's stomach dropped. He was panicked to hear something big.
Jay: Relax. It's under control.
Keifer held Jay's hand. He knew he might break bcoz of the small story that Jay was going to tell.
Jay: few years ago we were kidnapped. The poison was illegal we didn't know what it contained. But they needed to use it for something. We thought of calling the police. But... me and Julian were caught.
Keifer's hand slowly tightened. Tears threatening to fall.
She continued.
" The poison was needed for something else. But... they heard sirens they had no choice so they injected the poison on both of us. We fainted at the same time. Everything is not over. The same people are looking for us. Everytime our blood pressure increase or we cough blood we find it hard to breathe. For now we take injection and pill to control the poison. Me and Julian are not normal..... We have the same blood type. Others cannot donate blood to us even if the blood matches with us. We can only donate our own blood to each other not to anyone else."
Keifer tears fell freely he didn't control it. Jay laughed faintly and leaned on his shoulder.
Keifer: why didn't you tell me? Why are they still looking for you both? Will you be alright?
Jay: didn't want you to worry. They need us bcoz we carry the poison.... they need our blood. As for us.... we should be there is surgery process. Me and Julian scheduled it together next week.
Keifer: And.... I'll be there
Jay: N-
" you are not allowed to say No"
Keifer was done.
With secrets.
He wanted to face it with her. He wanted to know the real her and her past.
He was ready for any storm coming toward them.
Keifer kissed her cheek.
"I'm staying till you do."
This time he will be there.
he didn't want anything to happen to her.
She slept a tear flowing down from one of her eye.
He kissed her. At the hospital
"I'll always be there for you Jay. My wifey. My everything."
