Alluka's wish-granting ability could be roughly divided into two parts: "demands" and "wishes."
Alluka could grant almost any wish a human made. Once someone fulfilled the three "demands" Alluka asked of them—that is, completed the three things Alluka requested—Nanika would appear and grant that person one "wish."
At that time, Alluka's eyes would turn completely black. After the wish was granted, the eyes would return to normal.
Alluka could not make "demands" of someone whose name was unknown, and the same person could not make consecutive "wishes" to Alluka.
The greater the "wish," the greater the price the next person chosen by Alluka to fulfill those "demands" would have to pay.
As for what kind of price that would be, there was no need for Roy to explain it further.
And the current "little fingernail" demand from Alluka was the price left over from Milluki's previous wish for a supercomputer.
Roy then raised a hand and used Dende's Healing Technique on Alluka.
Dende's Healing Technique could remove Nen, so could it erase Alluka's demands as well?
