The blast shattered everything.
Witches were thrown back violently as Lena's power surged outward in a wave of silver light and roaring wind. The ground trembled before stillness returned.
Silence followed.
Lena stood frozen, her chest rising sharply as the last traces of energy flickered across her hands.
Kael pushed himself up, eyes fixed on her. "Lena…"
"I didn't mean to," she said quickly, panic rising. "I couldn't control it."
"You controlled enough," he replied firmly.
But Eira stepped forward, her expression serious.
"No," she said quietly. "She revealed herself."
Lena's stomach dropped. "What does that mean?"
Eira's gaze hardened. "That power wasn't hidden. Every coven nearby felt it."
Cold realization settled in.
"They know where I am," Lena whispered.
Kael's jaw tightened. "Then we prepare."
Eira nodded slowly. "Because this was only the beginning."
From the distant forest, movement stirred again.
The threat hadn't ended.
