The illusory figure broke through the barrier of the void, crossing through the multiverse he created. Soon, he exited one of the many omniverses he created and arrived at a lower world.
His presence was vast, however, to accommodate his soul fragments, the soul fragment sacrificed a small fragment to level up the small world to a high world.
The illusory figure entered the world, gliding through the vast world he crossed many countries. Arriving at a village with a giant fox in the middle of an attack.
The Illusory figure entered through a barrier and saw two children held in the arms of a man with yellow hair. The illusory figure looked at the young blonde boy in the man's arm with curiosity. "A Very pure soul. Purer than that of True Heroes." The illusory figure spoke.
The Illusory figure immediately began to expand. Soon, an illusory blueish purple dragon formed Infront of the children. The dragon Allowed itself to flow within the newborn. The illusory figure absorbed the Child's soul with himself. Allowing his own consiousness to lay dormant while the child's soul would take over as the main body.
The memories of the illusory figure would only be accessed by the child when he manages to connect with the voice of the world and travel to the cardinal world.
The young blonde boy also gained a few strands of black on his hair. A small blue dragon with a star behind it appeared on the back of the child. Soon after, the dragon mark vanished.
4 years later
It had been 4 years since the sealing of the ninetails within Narumi and Kushina. Currently, Naruto was in his room, looking outside as his parent's trained his sister in controlling her chakra.
Naruto looked away from the scene impassively, he honestly didn't feel much for that. Since the moment of his birth he had a voice in his mind. Although, this voice only spoke once, granting him many things.

Naruto was currently 3 years old. He had just finished dinner and had returned to his room. He suddenly heard a voice in his mind. He felt that he had heard this voice before, when he was just born.
Naruto was covered in a white flash, soon after it's end, he fell unconsious.

Naruto, who now ranks as a Human can now utilize the strength of the Otsutsuki clan and may even awaken bloodline abilities related to them. With the support of the Voice Of The World, these abilities would be elevated into stronger skills with the help of Magicules.

It had been 2 months since Naruto and Narumi had joined the academy. Narumi had been showing off her strength in the Academy, also making lots of friends in the process.
Naruto, meanwhile, stayed in the background, only speaking when asked a question to. He was also learning lots of skills through his own talent. Soaking everything like a sponge.
During this time, Naruto had managed to learn the basics of Chakra usage, Ninja tool handling, survival training, taijutsu basics, genjutsu basics and medical ninjutsu basics.
During this time, Naruto has also felt that something within him had reached a critical threshold. So, as he walked through the village, he headed for the hokage rock.
Although the Hokage Monument is a recognition of the past leaders of Konoha, the place is loosely guarded. So it was easy to reach the top of Hashirama Senju's head, overlooking the village at the same time.

This skill works in conjunction to the Divine Eye. This will allow the user to listen to things even miles away.

This skill allows the user to think of unfinished techniques of finished techniques, mix them or complete them to create entirely new techniques. Be it Ninjutsu, taijutsu, etc. Anything that has the name jutsu in it. This skill can create it with ease.
Wisdom:
This skill is similar to Great Sage. Although Great Sage will develop into Ultimate Skill: Wisdom King Raphael. This skill will evolve into another new ultimate skill entirely. I have nothing more to say about this skill.
