"Elder! Elder!"
Inside the Seat of Divine Foresight, just as the elders of the Vidyadhara clan were nagging Jing Yuan incessantly, a Dragon Master from the Vidyadhara rushed in, shouting at the elders with a look of shock on his face.
"Elder, the child has grown dragon horns on its head!"
"What!"
Jing Yuan and the many elders of the Vidyadhara all wore expressions of shock.
Both sides remembered that when they first saw the child, there had been no dragon horns on its head at all. It had only had pointed ears like a normal member of the Vidyadhara.
And now you were telling them it had dragon horns!?
"Yes! Just a short while ago, while we were caring for it within the clan, the child seemed to be driven by curiosity and pushed the power within its body. It sprouted a few lotus flowers to use as toys, and in the process of channeling that power, we saw its dragon horns."
"Jing Yuan!"
Even Jing Yuan couldn't help but shudder when faced with the ravenous looks in the eyes of these Vidyadhara.
"Everyone, please calm down first. Your current impulsiveness and impatience will only create greater obstacles for the investigation and might even lead us in the wrong direction. The best course of action now is to immediately organize an investigation team to conduct a carpet search around the Seat of Divine Foresight. Even if there is only a trace of evidence, it might be the key to breaking through the current predicament."
Jing Yuan spoke quickly, cutting off the elders of the Vidyadhara, and then urged them to immediately coordinate with the Cloud Knights to search the surrounding area before all traces disappeared.
Watching them rush in and rush out, Jing Yuan sat back in his chair and felt a wave of mental exhaustion. He even felt the urge to just throw his position to Fu Xuan.

Jing Yuan did not know yet that if not for the communication frequency interference caused by the Stellaron on the Xianzhou Luofu, his personal communications would have already been blown up by the generals of the other Xianzhou ships.
Especially the Fanghu ship. Upon hearing the news of a newborn Vidyadhara, they were already discussing whether they should just rush over to the Luofu.

Caelus watched a large crowd in a chaotic frenzy searching around the Seat of Divine Foresight and couldn't help but feel curious. He approached a bystander and asked, "Friend, what's happening near the Seat of Divine Foresight? Why are so many Cloud Knights searching for something?"
"Sigh, how would I know! I just know that earlier I saw a huge group of the Vidyadhara rush into the Seat of Divine Foresight, and then they started searching the area around the Seat of Divine Foresight with the Cloud Knights, not even sparing the trash cans."
The guy watching the spectacle didn't have a clue what was going on either.
Upon hearing that the Vidyadhara were involved, Caelus nodded in realization. It seemed the child he had sent over had caused quite a stir.
But then again, was such a massive commotion necessary?
After staying on the Xianzhou Luofu for a while, Caelus knew that the Vidyadhara could not reproduce normally. However, in this vast universe, there were countless geniuses and no shortage of various genetic cloning methods, which should be able to add new members to the Vidyadhara. Why were these people so excited?
Caelus knew the Vidyadhara couldn't reproduce normally, and he thought it was just some racial defect that could be remedied by technology. But it actually involved the Path of Permanence, which was why even technology couldn't allow the Vidyadhara to produce new descendants.
If Caelus had carefully researched the situation of the Vidyadhara, perhaps he would have known this. But he had only understood it roughly, and then he had gone off to busy himself with the Third Magic in the Holy Grail. After all, the reproduction of a race that struggled to reproduce might involve secrets, so he didn't delve into it.
And now, after so many years, even though the Vidyadhara could maintain their population through molting rebirth, accidents were inevitable, leading to a decrease in population. For so many years, the only increase in population had been Bailu, who was born after using the Transmutation Arcanum.

She looked at the headache-ridden General and sighed helplessly, saying, "The elders of the Vidyadhara have already searched the area around the Seat of Divine Foresight thoroughly and haven't found any information. They now want me to help deduce the origin of that child, and for that, they hope I will use the Matrix of Prescience."

Meanwhile, a certain wanted criminal also arrived at the Xianzhou.
