Javien froze. His eyes locked onto Olivia's motionless body as she collapsed right in front of him. For a moment, everything went silent. The faint echoes of footsteps disappeared, and even Avelvion's voice felt distant. The damp, suffocating air of the basement seemed to stop moving. Javien didn't blink. He simply stared at her, unmoving, unbreathing, as if the world around him no longer existed.
"Olivia!"
Avelvion's voice shattered the silence as he rushed forward, panic written all over his face. He grabbed her shoulders and shook her slightly.
"Hey! Wake up! What's wrong with you?!"
His voice trembled, sharper than usual, laced with something unfamiliar…fear. But Olivia didn't respond. Her body felt limp in his arms, too still. He gently tapped her pale cheek, his chest tightening at the sight of her weak, colorless face.
Javien watched quietly. Avelvion turned sharply toward him, only to find him still standing there, frozen.
"What are you doing?!" he snapped.
"Do something!"
Javien didn't answer. Slowly, his fingers twitched as a strange sensation crept into his chest,warm, yet suffocating, unfamiliar. His gaze shifted from her face to her hand,the same hand that had reached out to him, fed him, touched him without hesitation. His lips parted slightly.
"…Olivia."
The name came out broken, hoarse, as if it had never been used before. Avelvion scoffed, disbelief written all over his face.
"Wow. Amazing."
"Calling her name is really helping."
He dragged a hand over his face, frustration building.
"Do something, idiot."
He carefully set Olivia down before standing up, running a hand through his hair. He began pacing around restlessly, trying to think of a solution, how to get her out without drawing attention.
Damn it…
Behind him, Javien moved. Slowly. Quietly. He stepped closer to Olivia. He didn't know what to do… but still, he reached out. His fingers gently wrapped around her hand. The moment their skin touched, he froze. Something stirred within him, and a strange energy began to flow out of his body, drawn toward her.
For a split second, something flashed within his purple eyes, bright, unnatural, before fading back into their usual dull hue. He didn't even notice.
Then…her fingers twitched.
A faint movement crossed her face as her breathing grew uneven. Avelvion turned sharply.
"Olivia?!"
He rushed toward her. Slowly, her eyes fluttered open. Without hesitation, Avelvion pulled her into a hug, letting out a breath of relief. Olivia, who had just woken up, flinched in surprise as she was suddenly pulled into a tight hug.
"You pervert!"

Olivia kicked him.
The force sent him flying backward, but he managed to steady himself before crashing to the ground. He straightened up immediately, as if nothing had happened, even though the pain was very real.
I'm going to die…
"Is this how you repay me," he said loudly.
He moved along the wall, leaning against it while carefully keeping his distance from Olivia, clearly wary of getting kicked again.
"Then don't just hug people out of nowhere!"
Irritated while looked at Avelvion who look clueless.
He rubbed his side, glaring at her.
"I was trying to help you, you ungrateful brat!" Oivia stared at him with a unbelievable look.
"So?" She replyed. She lifted her eyebrow. Scanned him. Avelvion cant believe what he just heard. He smile fainted as he wanted destroyed something.
"You asshole! If…"
But before he could finish, he suddenly froze. He felt it, a gaze from behind, sharp and piercing. His body stiffened instantly, the words dying in his throat.
" What? Afraid?"
She muttered. Olivia smirked slightly as she slowly pushed herself up, clearly unaware of what had just changed. Avelvion said nothing and looked away, his expression tightening. As Olivia stood, she suddenly noticed something,Javien was silent. Too silent.
She tilted her head. Confused flashing across her face.. Then, as if something clicked in her mind, her eyes widened slightly.
"Ohh!!"
Her expression brightened instantly, excitement flickering in her eyes as she quickly moved to sit beside him.
"Are you really Javien?"
Her voice softened, almost careful, her eyes sparkling with anticipation. Javien looked at her, his gaze unreadable, hesitating for a brief moment before answering.
"Yes.." he replied shortly.
The moment she heard his answer, her heart exploded with excitement. She wanted to scream right there and then, but quickly held it in, trying her best to act normal.
YEEYYYY FINALLY
Unfortunately, her face didn't cooperate, her eyes lit up, and her lips curved into a smile she couldn't suppress.
" But, are you okey" her eyes stared at him. He nodded.
Avelvion who behind them, looking pissed. Then walked toward them to disturb their conversation.
"Hey, lets go back before you faint again"
he muttered while roll his eyes. Her expression quickly turned sour, disappointment written all over her face at the thought of spending so little time with Javien. She froze in place, unwilling to move.
She pouted.
Without hesitation, she grabbed his hand, clearly having no intention of letting go.
Avelvion clicked his tongue, irritation flashing across his face at her behavior. Without warning, he reached out and pulled Olivia away.
"Nooo!"
She protested, her hand still reaching out toward Javien, waving slightly as if refusing to be separated from him. Javien only looked at her, confused and silent. Before they could even open the door
Suddenly, Javien eyes flashing. He quickly grabbed Olivia hand. Avelvion startled and opened his mouth. Before he can say, Javien glared at him to stay silent.

Olivia looked at Javien who looked at the door alerted. Avelvion stared at him with serious stared.
"Is there someone here?" he whispered to Javien beside Olivia. Javien nodded. Three of them looked at the door. Sweat covered their face.

The footstep become more closer. Olivia panic.
She stood up .
"I cant stand this" she said while looked around.
"What are you— doing?" Avelvion whispered her and shushh her to make something weird.
She looked around in panic, her eyes scanning the dim basement. Then she saw it. A small door at the far end. Half-hidden. Dusty.
"There..!"
She pointed.Avelvion frowned.
"That's just a storage room!"
TAP… TAP… TAP…

"No time."
Without hesitation, Olivia grabbed Avelvion hands and pulled him toward the door.
They slipped inside.The door closed just enough
Leaving only a thin gap.
Silence.
From outside
chains shifted.
Clink…
Olivia's body stiffened. Her eyes slowly turned
toward Javien. He was still there.
Standing.
Chained.
And yet
his eyes were already looking at them calmly.
Unmoving.
Unblinking.
As if…
he had known all along about that people. While she and Avelvion tried to fix their posture , someone voice can be heard from outside. Olivia stayed still, quietly eavesdropping on the conversation outside.
