Sengoku had been searching the nearby sea for two days but hadn't found the girl known as Raiden Ei. At this moment, he was on a warship, heading to the next island to investigate.
"Kacha."
Sengoku picked up the den den mushi to answer. Before he could speak, the urgent voice of Fleet Admiral Kong came through the den den mushi.
"Sengoku, there is news. On Toryu Island, not far from Loguetown, members of the World Government's CP Organization have found the Raiden Ei, the one who killed a Celestial Dragon. Hurry over there immediately."
Sengoku wasted no time. After instructing the warship about its next destination, he looked at the sea chart toward Toryu Island and quickly rushed in that direction using Geppo.
The den den mushi in his hand had not been hung up yet. Listening to the whistling wind as he sped past, Sengoku hurriedly asked about the current situation:
"Fleet Admiral, has the intelligence on that Raiden Ei been gathered?"
"Mmm, after these two days of gathering, we have found quite a bit of information about the Raiden Ei, but we still cannot confirm if she is from Wano Country. However, judging by her previous style of dress, she is most likely from Wano Country."
"She first appeared half a month ago on Makaba Island, claiming to be a Bounty Hunter. At that time, the island's highest commander invited her to join the Marines, but she refused."
"She reappeared in the Hilton Kingdom, where she displayed the strength of a Swordmaster. Coupled with the intelligence coming from the CP Organization, she possesses Haki. She arrived at Toryu Island this morning and should not leave too quickly. That's all the information."

Meanwhile, Raiden Ei on Toryu Island had no idea that Sengoku was already on his way. She had not noticed any news about her being published in the newspapers.
She thought that after she cleaned up her tracks, the Marines and the World Government had not discovered that she killed the Celestial Dragon. Traveling by Geppo over the sea, she arrived at this island, which only had a village, to rest.
"It's not far from Loguetown now. I can enter the Grand Line soon. I need to find a Log Pose; otherwise, I won't be able to find my direction in the Grand Line."
In the inn room, Raiden Ei carefully considered her next plans and destination.
"I can try looking in Loguetown to see if they sell one. Trading on the black market would also work, but I'd need to find a way to get in."
After deciding on the next course of action, Raiden Ei prepared to rest. Nearby, in a corner, two men dressed in white suits with grotesque masks were present.
As time passed, it took less than three hours for Sengoku to reach Toryu Island. Walking along the village roads, he searched for the girl named Raiden Ei.
Sengoku's attire as a Marine officer naturally attracted attention. Following the discussions of the surrounding people, the two CP agents also walked out from the corner.
Sengoku was about to take out a photo of the Raiden Ei to ask the villagers if they had seen the girl in the picture when he saw the two CP Organization members walking toward him.
"Excuse me, are you Marine Admiral Sengoku?"
"Yes, you are members of the World Government's CP Organization!"
"That is correct. I presume the Fleet Admiral has already informed you that the criminal who dared to kill a Celestial Dragon is on this island, correct?"
"Mmm, I know. I came specifically to handle this matter."
"Very well, Admiral Sengoku, please follow us. We have been monitoring her movements and know the location of the criminal known as Raiden Ei. However, Admiral Sengoku, after you capture her, you must hand her over to us, the World Government, to take away."

Sengoku followed the two CP agents and quickly arrived outside the inn where Raiden Ei was staying. There were shops all around, and since it was afternoon, the streets were quite crowded.
One CP agent pointed to the window of the room where Raiden Ei was staying: "Admiral Sengoku, the criminal who killed a Celestial Dragon is residing in that room."
Sengoku looked in the direction the CP agent pointed. His Observation Haki instantly reached into the room to check, but he immediately regretted his rashness.
He hadn't intended to fight in this crowded street; he only wanted to use Observation Haki to confirm if the person was the Raiden Ei. However, in an instant, his Observation Haki was detected by the other party.
Raiden Ei had been in meditation but suddenly sensed someone sweeping her with Observation Haki, causing her to wake up instantly. Immediately, kusanagi appeared in her hand.
Besides the possibility that her killing of the Celestial Dragon had been exposed and a Marine Admiral had come knocking, she could think of nothing else.
She walked steadily to the window and looked down, seeing Sengoku, who looked no different from the anime, along with the two men in white suits. She immediately recalled the attire of Bude and the others; aside from the masks on their faces, there was no difference.
Raiden Ei stood at the window and met Sengoku's gaze directly below. The surrounding air became much more oppressive at that moment.
Seeing that Raiden Ei did not immediately attack regardless of the situation, Sengoku breathed a sigh of relief and quickly whispered to the two CP agents: "You two, evacuate the crowd here."
Raiden Ei saw that it was Sengoku and decided not to fight him there. "It's Sengoku who has come. I need to run quickly; I can't beat him yet." She slowly retreated into the room and swiftly jumped out of the window behind her, running toward the seaside.
When Raiden Ei jumped out of the window, Sengoku noticed her running toward the sea. He quickly followed slowly, intending to wait until they reached an open area before directly attacking to capture her.
Raiden Ei weaved through the streets. If she wanted to escape Sengoku's pursuit, she had to flee through the sea. Sengoku certainly wouldn't chase her into the water, but the problem was that he wouldn't let her reach the seaside either.
She gripped kusanagi tightly in her hand, her figure shooting out of the village like a shadow, heading toward the sea. She needed to cross the distance between here and the seaside at the fastest speed, but things were not as simple as she thought.
"Sky-Splitting Strike!" A figure descended from the sky, slamming a palm down toward Raiden Ei.
