Chapter 2 - The Hidden Dream

Rohan was a quiet boy who lived in a small village surrounded by green fields and tall trees. Every morning he went to school and every evening he helped his parents at home. From the outside, his life looked very simple, but inside his heart he carried a big dream.

Rohan loved drawing. Whenever he found a piece of paper, he filled it with pictures of mountains, rivers, animals, and beautiful cities. However, he never showed his drawings to anyone. He was afraid that people might laugh at him.

One day his teacher asked the class, "What do you want to become in the future?"

Some students said they wanted to be doctors, some said engineers, and others said pilots. When it was Rohan's turn, he stayed silent. His dream was hidden deep in his heart.

That evening Rohan sat near the window of his small room and started drawing again. He drew a beautiful picture of a colorful town with bright houses and smiling people. While drawing, he felt very happy.

His younger sister saw the picture and said, "Wow, Rohan! This is amazing! Why don't you show this to your teacher?"

Rohan shook his head. "No, people will laugh at me," he said softly.

But his sister believed in him. The next day she secretly took the drawing and gave it to Rohan's teacher.

When the teacher saw the drawing, she was surprised by Rohan's talent. The next day in class she showed the picture to everyone.

"Do you know who made this wonderful drawing?" she asked.

The students looked at each other curiously. Then the teacher smiled and said, "Rohan made it."

Rohan felt nervous and looked down. But instead of laughing, the whole class started clapping. His teacher said, "Rohan, you have a special gift. Never hide your talent."

For the first time, Rohan felt confident. His hidden dream slowly began to come out.

After that day, Rohan started drawing more openly. His teacher encouraged him to join an art competition in the city. Rohan worked very hard and created his best drawing.

On the day of the competition, he was very nervous, but he remembered his teacher's words: "Never hide your talent."

When the results were announced, Rohan won first prize. His parents, teacher, and friends were very proud of him.

From that day, Rohan understood an important lesson: dreams should never stay hidden. When we believe in ourselves and work hard, our dreams can come true.
