Aegon protected himself from the impact of the Colossal Gate destruction.
Although he was far away from where the main event occurred, he still suffered a few bruises.
After the destruction had finished, the Colossal Gates closed and disappeared, like they were never there in the first place.
Aegon, noticing this, stood up from the ground and gaze at the distance. He could see the destruction his ability had caused.
Compared to the destruction of the mana canon of the monster skill, that was nothing, as Aegon's skill was 100x of that.
He had not only caused a massive destruction, he had also left a mark on the ring.
A part of the tundra ice caps ring had been warped away, completely cut off and separated.
It was like blowing half of the planet earth away.
Aegon looked at his side; the system before him. He could see the mission completed notice, as well as the rewards he had obtained.
"My mission duration was terminated? No wonder I didn't get a notification after spending that much time."
"I also obtained a couple of skill, and abilities?"
His focus landed on the text that displayed the ability [Colossal Gate] then at the skills obtained.
"I got some good skills as well… Hold on?"
Aegon thought for a little while, as he gathered everything in his head.
"So what I have been using since wasn't skills but my ability?"
The thing is, Aegon's ability was the Warp; the ability to manipulate the fabric of space-time locally.
However, the system had 100x that and evolved it into the SSS-rank Void Sovereign.
This being the greater version of the warp.
With this ability he could control space and time at will, which explained all the abilities he had been using.
"The skills [Canon Spatial Blast], [Wolf Armor Protection], [ExtraSelf Clone], are all skills that the massive monster possessed."
"Did I obtain them because I killed the monster?"
The thought came to Aegon and he certainly was correct. The system had granted him the skills of the monster he defeated.
A slight smile played on Aegon's face as he thought of this, then he looked at the rest, his HP and MP.
His HP had decreased by a drastic amount, twenty-five points all gone. This was because of the injuries he had sustained from the collision.
And his MP, his mama pool had decreased by ten. It was more than when he used [Particle Execution]
"It would seem that even though the skills are both 100x evolved. There are still some that use more MP than the others?"
It was true. The skill [Colossal Gate] was far greater than [Particle Execution].
This was because he wasn't only using warp with space, but having access to the void of space-time, wielding celestial bodies as mere tools for his destruction.
While among the abilities he currently possessed in his arsenal, the [Colossal Gate] was far the strongest and most dangerous.
Aegon thought about this thoroughly, knowing that he wasn't just toying around with a mere ability, that if it continued, he would be able to bend space and time into his own will.

After he had finished observing the skills and his abilities, he thought of one more thing.
'The stone…'
Aegon walked towards the direction of where the monster was erased and looked around to see if he would find the other half of the yellow stone.
For a while he looked, and although this part of the ring had suffered a severe destruction to the point of nothing remaining.
A single yellow light sparkled at a far distance.
"That's it."
Aegon walked to where the yellow light was illuminating from. It was in the distance, far from where most of the destruction occurred.
It would seem that the stone had flown out from the monster while its essence was being stripped away.
Upon reaching it, Aegon picked up the stone; and just then the system gave a notice.

Aegon knew that because of the destruction it had suffered, the essence in it was already weak and might destroy.
Knowing this, he quickly pulled out the other stone from his pocket and merged the two together.

Aegon wouldn't have expected that this was the new creation that the two half stones were going to form.
Although, it wasn't as if he had thought that far ahead. The return stone was a great item for him to possess.
It was one of the only items that Farmers were unable to purchase in stores, as it wasn't sold.
It was rare and precious, those who have it were lucky to get it, as the odds of getting it were very low.
If a low rank Farmer manages to get a return stone, and it was exposed, they would be robbed off it.
Not bought, but robbed, as the stone was too precious to sell.
Aegon felt accomplished after his battle, the mission, the skills and abilities he had obtained, and now, the return stone.
Who wouldn't feel accomplished?
However, that was only a small part of his journey, there was still more to come.
He turned around with the golden return stone still in his hand, and then uttered.
"Right… the way out."
