Outside of the hospital was crowded by people who, even though they had been instructed to leave the area, still stayed.
This was mainly because of the glass that broke from the second floor of the hospital building.
After it had happened, those that saw it fall were shocked and stopped running, while those that never actually saw it, heard from the others and assumed it was a monster.
To them, a monster had somewhat come out of the gate without their knowledge, and entered the hospital through the second floor.
This was a big scene for them and many instead of panicking and taking shelter decided to stay and watch what was to come from a monster inside the hospital.
It was as if they knew something was going to happen, and not wanting to miss it, they stayed to watch.
