Upon arriving at the village, the first thing he noticed was that it was small, with barely thirty or forty wooden and straw houses distributed on either side of a main dirt street that ran through the place from end to end.
The man in the white suit entered down the main street walking unhurriedly, while his eyes scanned the houses and the people around him.
There were elves with pointed ears looking at him from the doorways of their houses, beast-men with animal features who stopped midway through their tasks to stare at him, and women with characteristics of different species peering out from windows with expressions of caution.
'I always saw characters like this in games and movies, but having them in front of me now… is disgusting,' he thought, passing by a man with ram horns who instinctively stepped aside.
Then he passed by a group of children with ears of different animals who stopped playing to look at him with wide eyes.
'More small freaks.'
