The basement was dim and damp, filled with the stench of blood and mold.

Terence was bound to a metal chair with special alloy restraints; his glasses were crooked, and his face was bruised, but his eyes still held a twisted sense of arrogance.

Mizaistom had been interrogating him for nearly half an hour, exhausting all conventional methods—from logical questioning to Nen Ability pressure—but Terence kept his mouth shut, refusing to reveal a single word.

The door opened, and Goreinu walked in. His upper body was wrapped in fresh bandages, and his face was still pale: "How is it going? Still won't talk?"

Mizaistom shook his head, a flash of rare irritation in his eyes. When dealing with such stubborn individuals, conventional interrogation techniques were often of limited effect.

In the corner, Leo, who had been leaning against the wall observing in silence, suddenly spoke up: "Let me handle this."

Terence sneered, his expression disdainful.

Mizaistom looked at Leo: "Fine, but you cannot use violent means."

"Don't worry." Leo stood up straight, walked in front of Terence, and looked down at him, "I like people with stiff mouths."

His tone was calm, even carrying a hint of a smile, but for some reason, the temperature in the basement seemed to drop by several degrees.

Leo turned to Goreinu and said: "Have the people from the Colton Family find some potent aphrodisiacs. They should still have several of their hounds left, right? Bring those over too."

Goreinu was stunned, then his eyes widened, and he swallowed hard: "You, you said what?"

Mizaistom also wore a look of rare shock.

Terence's face turned deathly pale in an instant, his body trembling uncontrollably, but he still forced himself to hiss: "Don't, don't think you can scare me! You wouldn't dare—"

"Right," Leo interrupted him, his smile unchanging, "Find a high-definition video camera, too. Why should he be the only one to enjoy such a spectacular scene? We'll film it, then upload it to all the major websites. I've even thought of a title—'Full-time Superman.' After filming, we'll strip him naked and dump him at the entrance of the Heavens Arena; it'll be nice and crowded there."

He paused, leaned close to Terence's ear, and lowered his voice.

"By the way, the other members of the Purifier Organization probably use the internet, right? Do you think they'll come to save you when they see the video... or will they think you've tainted the reputation of The Purifiers and come to silence you themselves?"

"I'll talk!" Terence broke down, almost screaming, "I'll talk! I'll tell you the intelligence on The Purifiers! Get this devil away! Get him out of here!!"

He trembled violently as he shouted, tears and snot covering his face, his finger pointing at Leo shaking like a leaf in the wind.

Leo straightened up and shrugged at Mizaistom and Goreinu: "Alright, he's all yours. Make sure he tells you everything, leaving nothing out. If you feel like something's off, remember to remind me—I have other ideas."

He turned and walked out of the basement, his pace light.

Watching Leo's back disappear at the stairwell, Goreinu swallowed his saliva and whispered to Mizaistom: "What a cruel method... If an enemy falls into his hands, death must be the most merciful ending..."

Mizaistom was silent for a few seconds, then looked back at the collapsed Terence, his tone returning to his usual calmness.

"Now, let's start with the Purifier Organization's stronghold in Tote City. Tell me in detail."

In the second-floor conference hall, the lights were bright.

Mizaistom spread the recorded intelligence on the long table, with Leo and Goreinu sitting on either side.

"The Purifier Organization's current stronghold in Tote City is located in the'Star Bay' unfinished building complex in the western suburbs. They have renovated the deep underground into a laboratory."

Mizaistom pointed to the red circle on the map, "Excluding the deceased Gabri, Theodore, and Terence, there are three others left."

He flipped a page.

"The leader's codename is 'Doctor', real name unknown. This person is extremely cautious, with bizarre abilities, and has successfully escaped the Hunter Association's pursuit three times. According to Terence's description, the Doctor seems to be able to 'foresee danger'; he can withdraw in advance before every operation by the Association."

"The other two: one is a Manipulator, codename 'Rat King', whose ability is to control swarms of rats. The swarms are massive and carry various pathogens."

"The other is a Conjurer, codename 'Iron Wall', who can conjure a set of full-body armor. The armor has a 'rebound' property—it can reflect physical attacks back at the attacker."

Mizaistom closed the notebook and looked at the clock on the wall.

"There is one more key piece of information: they have an agreement that if the three of them do not return to the stronghold by 8:00 AM tomorrow, it will be considered exposed or captured, and the Doctor will immediately destroy the data and evacuate."

Leo frowned: "The time is too tight. Otherwise, Mr. Mizaistom could have mobilized more personnel from the Association to ensure nothing goes wrong."

He pondered for a moment: "That 'Iron Wall' who can reflect physical attacks is a bit tricky... But Mr. Mizaistom, your 'Chamber Judge' should be able to counter him, right?"

Mizaistom nodded: "Yes, my ability can restrain him."

"Then there's no problem," said Leo. "Leave the 'Rat King' to me. I love hunting living things the most."

Goreinu couldn't help but interject: "What about the Doctor? The one who can foresee danger..."

"Leave the Doctor to me."

Mizaistom's tone was firm.

"I have studied his escape records. The so-called 'foreseeing' is likely a highly acute sense of crisis, or some kind of warning-type Nen Beast. As long as he appears before me, my 'Chamber Judge' can handle him; he won't be able to escape."

Leo looked at Goreinu: "Brother Goreinu, you are injured, so don't participate in the raid. Take the people from the Colton Family and, while the Waldeck Family has lost its elite, seize them directly."

Goreinu was silent for a moment, then finally nodded: "Alright. But you two be careful; if there is a life-threatening situation, retreat. Don't push yourselves."

Leo smiled: "Don't worry, I won't give up my life easily. The world is big, and I haven't seen enough of it yet."

The three stood up. Outside the window, the sky had darkened, and lights were sparsely lit on the streets.

In the western suburbs of Tote City, the'Star Bay' unfinished building complex.

This construction site, originally planned as a high-end residential area, had been abandoned for three years due to the developer's capital chain breaking. A dozen concrete skeletons stood in the night like the bones of giant beasts, gloomy and desolate.

Leo and Mizaistom lurked on the fourth floor of one of the buildings, observing the target building about a hundred meters away through a window without glass.

It was a seven-story unfinished building with two emergency lights on at the entrance on the ground floor.

Under the lights, two armed guards patrolled back and forth, their expressions vigilant.

What was more conspicuous was that every hour, a black van would drive up, and several thugs from the Waldeck Family would jump out, dragging two or three bound and gagged homeless people from the cargo hold and roughly dragging them into the building.

"Two batches have already been delivered tonight," Leo said in a low voice. "At this frequency, there are at least ten or twenty imprisoned people in the 'laboratory' underground."

Mizaistom's eyes were cold.

"The Waldeck Family has set up lure points in every district of Tote City, specifically to kidnap homeless people and those without homes to provide to the Purifier Organization for experiments."

He paused, his voice suppressing anger.

"I have been tracking this organization for two years and have destroyed two of their strongholds. Judging from the seized experimental records... they are researching how to strip away Nen Ability, forcibly transfer a person's life energy into another person's body, and even... deliberately torture subjects to death, attempting to artificially create 'Nen After Death'."

Leo was silent for a few seconds: "So that's why the Doctor needs so much 'material'."

"These people are lunatics wearing the guise of researchers."

Mizaistom said, "All their experiments are essentially exploring how to more efficiently plunder, torture, and kill."

Leo looked at the entrance in the distance: "So are the people down there... still alive?"

"Some might still be," Mizaistom said. "The Doctor's experiments require 'fresh samples'. But those who have already been used..."

He didn't finish, but the meaning was clear.

Leo took a deep breath: "I understand. I won't hold back against the Waldeck thugs down there."

Mizaistom looked at him.

"My duty is to arrest the members of the Purifier Organization and have them face legal judgment..."

He was silent for a moment, "I understand your choice. But please try to keep the Doctor alive; I need him alive to face legal sanctions."

"I can only promise you that if there's a chance, I will keep him alive," Leo said. "But if he threatens my life..."

Mizaistom nodded: "That's acceptable."

The two looked at each other and said no more.

Leo turned and walked toward the stairs: "Let's go, let's just storm in. Let's clear out those small fries down there first."

Mizaistom followed behind him.

In the night, two figures sprinted toward the lit unfinished building like cheetahs, silent and fast.
