Mitsusuke wasn't playing favorites with Naruto; he just had a better Ninjutsu to teach him.
After six years in the Ninja World, Mitsusuke had lost count of how many times he'd complained—those flashy Ninjutsu were just ridiculous, especially the Uchiha's Fire Release, which couldn't kill anyone at all.
With Naruto's Chakra capacity, creating two hundred clones was a piece of cake.
Just imagine: two hundred Narutos, each wielding a Watermelon Knife. Forget Sasuke; even if the Nine-Tailed came out, they could shave its fur off.
Naruto, being carried by Mitsusuke, was a bit unhappy and turned his head away; he didn't want to speak to this biased Sensei Mitsusuke right now.
Seeing Naruto's little act of being angry, Mitsusuke said to himself, "I developed a Ninjutsu before, a very powerful one. I wonder if anyone wants to learn it... Oh well, I'll just teach it to Sasuke in a few days!"
"Sensei, I want to learn! Teach me! That stuck-up Sasuke is already learning another one of your Ninjutsu; it's my turn to learn this one."
Naruto broke free from Mitsusuke's grip, hugged his leg, and began to plead, "Sensei, please teach me! I want to learn that super powerful Ninjutsu of yours."
Mitsusuke picked Naruto up again and headed toward the academy. "Alright, Naruto, I can teach you. But that Ninjutsu is even more powerful than the Finger Pistol and requires very delicate Chakra control. Once you reach the required standard, I'll teach it to you."
"But until then, you have to complete the assignments I've given you, or else I won't teach you!"
Hearing that Mitsusuke would teach him Ninjutsu, Naruto immediately promised, "Sensei Mitsusuke, I'll definitely do my assignments well! So, when are you going to teach me the Ninjutsu?"
Looking at the impatient Naruto, Mitsusuke just smiled and didn't answer.
He had indeed developed several Ninjutsu over the past two years, and one of them was perfect for Naruto.
Having watched the anime, Mitsusuke felt the Rasengan was nothing special; it relied entirely on Naruto's massive Chakra reserves. Otherwise, its lethality wouldn't even match a Chakra Scalpel. Plus, it required close combat, or it wouldn't hit anyone.
It was only later, with Sage Mode, that the Rasengan's prestige was truly elevated.
In Mitsusuke's view, Ninjutsu was for killing. All the flashiness should be stripped away to make Ninjutsu faster and more direct at eliminating enemies.
If conditions allowed, a Ninja Blade was one of the fastest tools for killing.
Returning to the academy, Mitsusuke let the students start their self-study while he began his grand mission of slacking off.
Naruto was exceptionally serious today; he didn't even sleep. He kept Tree Climbing with Shikamaru and the others until his Chakra was completely depleted.
Shikamaru looked at Naruto curiously and asked, "Did something set you off? You're working so hard today; that's not like you at all!"
"I'm going to train hard! As soon as I meet Sensei Mitsusuke's standards, I can learn his Ninjutsu. It's a super powerful one!"
Naruto began to brag to Shikamaru, his eyes full of pride.
Upon hearing it was about learning Ninjutsu, Shikamaru lost interest. He didn't think Mitsusuke could teach Naruto anything impressive; it was probably just some low-level Ninjutsu.
For children from clans like them, they didn't lack Ninjutsu. Their clan's inherited techniques were more than enough to learn; there was no need to waste time on low-level ones.
After school, Mitsusuke went to Ichiraku Ramen. Since Shisui wasn't coming back today, he was too lazy to cook.
After sitting down, Mitsusuke ordered a seafood ramen and asked Uncle Ichiraku for an extra serving of noodles. He was truly hungry today!
While waiting for his ramen, Mitsusuke considered the education plan for Sasuke and Naruto.
Naruto and Sasuke were the children of destiny in this world. To ensure he could slack off properly in the future, he decided to speed up their progress and let them grow quickly.
That was the plan, but there was no need to rush. Mitsusuke felt that as long as they had strength exceeding a Chunin by the time they graduated, it would be enough.
As for Jonin, Mitsusuke didn't even dare think about it. Having Jonin-level strength upon graduation was something no one in the Ninja World had ever achieved.
Even a cheater like him couldn't do it, let alone anyone else.
Perhaps only the Ōtsutsuki Clan could manage it, but in Mitsusuke's eyes, they weren't even human; they were alien beings.
After finishing his ramen, Mitsusuke headed home; he wanted to get a good night's sleep today.
Before he had gone far, he keenly noticed that the Uchiha Clan's patrol personnel seemed a bit off, as if they were secretly watching him.
Ignoring them, Mitsusuke continued walking toward his house.
As soon as he got home, Mitsusuke activated his Observation Haki. This was a skill provided by his template, allowing him to sense an area covering all of Konoha—very practical.
Within Mitsusuke's perception, he found several people monitoring him around the house, not far away.
The most annoying part was that this was the Sarutobi Clan's compound. For the Uchiha to dare come in and monitor him was just too arrogant.
Just as Mitsusuke was about to go and have a word with them, he suddenly laughed.
Hahahaha!!!
"So that's how it is! It seems that fellow Danzo is up to his old tricks again. Well, I'll play along then."
Putting his clothes back on, Mitsusuke headed straight out. Arriving at a corner, he immediately used a Body Flicker Technique.
His target was exactly the person monitoring him.
The Root member monitoring Mitsusuke was debating whether to follow him into the alley. While he was hesitating, a large foot grew larger and larger in his vision.
Followed by the second, third, and fourth.
The Root members sent to monitor Mitsusuke this time were a bit weak; he knocked them all unconscious in no time.
Before being knocked out, these people were dressed as members of the Uchiha Clan. After losing consciousness, their Transformation Jutsu immediately dispelled, revealing them in the attire of Anbu Personnel.
Tying the three together, Mitsusuke grabbed one end of the rope and headed toward the Hokage Building.
Along the way, Mitsusuke's strange behavior caught the attention of the Sarutobi clansmen, but they didn't say anything, only watching from a distance.
Mitsusuke deliberately slowed his pace on the way to the Hokage Building.
Many villagers inquired about the identity of these people. Mitsusuke told everyone their identities directly and even lied, saying they were captured while attacking him.
Now, Mitsusuke just wanted all the villagers to know about Danzo and his Root.
Once rats are exposed to the light, their tricks in the sewers no longer work!
This was Mitsusuke's goal: to force Danzo out of the sewers and render his boring tricks useless, making it easier to kill him later.
