Chapter 27 - Chapter 27: Mitsusuke's Rage

Perhaps because he had just woken up, as soon as Naruto heard Iruka tell him to find Mitsusuke, he immediately stumbled out of the classroom.

In the school office, Mitsusuke was standing by the window, watching Sasuke run on the playground.

The next moment, a childish yet somewhat angry voice came from behind Mitsusuke: "Teacher Mitsusuke, you've gone too far! You actually put Sakura in another class, you..."

Naruto, who had been full of momentum while questioning Teacher Mitsusuke, immediately shut his mouth when he saw the teacher's gaze after he turned around.

Pulling up a chair and sitting down, Mitsusuke narrowed his eyes at Naruto and asked coldly, "Naruto, have I been good to you?"

"Yes, Sensei often treats me to ramen and doesn't hate me like others do," Naruto answered subconsciously.

"Then, has Sakura Haruno been good to you?"

Naruto looked at Teacher Mitsusuke's expression and lowered his head, which was a roundabout answer to the question.

Bang!!!

With a loud bang, Mitsusuke slammed his hand on the office desk, shattering it: "Naruto, you're a damn ingrate! I'm someone who relies on family subsidies to live, yet I often treat you to ramen for no reason."

"Now you're here to question me for a girl who isn't even good to you? I must have been blind to even think about teaching you my Ninjutsu. Get out now, I don't want to see you."

Just then, Iruka, who had rushed over, ran into the office.

That loud bang just now really scared Iruka; he was genuinely afraid that Mitsusuke would lay hands on Naruto.

Iruka clearly felt that Mitsusuke's state was off today; he was too irritable.

Running into the office and seeing that only the office desk was shattered, Iruka breathed a sigh of relief. As long as he didn't lay hands on Naruto, it was fine.

Naruto was also startled by Mitsusuke's actions at this point, subconsciously taking two steps back until he bumped into Iruka, who had just entered.

Turning his head and seeing Iruka, Naruto clung tightly to Iruka's leg like a drowning person finding a lifeline.

Picking up the coat from the chair and putting it on, Mitsusuke arrived at the playground in a few Body Flicker Techniques.

Then, before Sasuke could react, Mitsusuke picked him up and walked out the door.

By the time Sasuke reacted, it was a few seconds later, and realizing it was his teacher, he also gave up struggling.

In the crystal ball, Hiruzen Sarutobi saw all of this. He knew Mitsusuke was in a bad mood because of what was about to happen to the Uchiha.

After returning home, Mitsusuke threw Sasuke onto the sofa: "You're staying here tonight. I've already told your father. Start refining your Chakra now. You are not allowed to leave this room without my command today."

"O-okay, Sensei, I'll start training now."

Sensing that his teacher was a bit off today, the smart Sasuke didn't dare to argue. Of course, he rarely argued with his teacher, or rather, never had.

In the school office, after Mitsusuke left, Naruto's tears could no longer be held back: "Wuwuwu, I'm sorry, Teacher Mitsusuke, it's my fault, I shouldn't have made you angry."

At this moment, Naruto felt extremely distressed. After countless glares and curses, he finally had a teacher who was good to him, and he had actually made him angry.

If he had to choose between Teacher Mitsusuke and Sakura now, he would choose the former without hesitation.

After crying for a while, Naruto ran directly out of the office. He was going to apologize to Teacher Mitsusuke; he had realized his mistake.

Iruka didn't stop Naruto, knowing that the hope of Sakura Haruno staying had completely vanished.

Just as Mitsusuke was smoking in the living room, there was a knock on the door, and he faintly heard crying.

As soon as he opened the door, Mitsusuke felt something cling to his leg.

He looked down and saw Naruto tightly hugging his leg.

"Teacher Mitsusuke, I was wrong, please forgive me!"

Seeing Naruto with snot and tears all over his face, Mitsusuke felt a pang of heartache and quickly pulled him up.

After all, Naruto was still a seven-year-old child, and he might have been a bit too harsh just now.

Wiping Naruto's tears with his sleeve, Mitsusuke said gently, "Alright, Naruto, Sensei isn't angry with you. I just wanted you to understand who truly cares about you."

"Since you understand now, then train hard! Sasuke is training in the room; go in and train with him! You'll stay here tonight, and tomorrow we'll go to school together."

"Mi... Mi... Tsu... Tsu..." Naruto, who had just finished crying, spoke somewhat haltingly.

"Alright, Naruto, don't apologize anymore. Go wash your face first, then find Sasuke. Sensei will go out and get you something to eat."

Leaving the house, Mitsusuke lit another cigarette: "Did I do something wrong today?"

"I don't know," a voice came from above Mitsusuke, it was Kakashi with his white hair, "You're not normal today, your emotions are a bit unstable. Is it because of the Uchiha?"

"Perhaps! Sometimes I wonder if today's Uchiha will be tomorrow's Sarutobi. When did Konoha become like this?"

The topic was sensitive, so Kakashi did not answer Mitsusuke's question.

After taking a few hard drags from his cigarette, Mitsusuke said, "I'm going to talk to the Old Man about something. You help me keep an eye on Naruto and Sasuke, and don't break my roof tiles, otherwise, you won't be able to afford to pay for them."

Kakashi???

Using his extreme speed, Mitsusuke quickly arrived at the Hokage Office.

"Old Man, Naruto's living expenses should be increased. Eating cup noodles every day isn't good."

"Also, look at Naruto's height, he's not even as tall as some girls. If Senior Kushina knew you were taking care of their son like this, she'd probably come back from the Pure Land to have a word with you."

Perhaps thinking of something terrifying, Hiruzen Sarutobi shivered, then said irritably, "What nonsense are you talking about? How can a dead person come to find me?"

"As for Naruto's living expenses, I'll have the clan take responsibility. From now on, you'll be responsible for giving it to Naruto."

Hearing Hiruzen Sarutobi say this, Mitsusuke guessed that Kushina's entire street of shops was probably in the Sarutobi Clan's hands, otherwise, how could the Old Man agree so readily?

After discussing Naruto's matter, Mitsusuke intended to leave. Just as he reached the door, he heard Hiruzen Sarutobi say, "Tonight will be chaotic. Don't come out. After tonight, Konoha and the Uchiha will be completely reconciled."

Hearing Hiruzen Sarutobi's words, Mitsusuke stopped, but he didn't turn back, merely saying indifferently, "Giving others a chance is giving yourself a chance, Old Man, you did very well this time."

With that, Mitsusuke's lips curved into a smile. The Uchiha matter was finally coming to an end.
