As for some of your questions that multiple people asked(I answered individually to comments but might have missed some)-
1) Tsunade was active during the Third Great Ninja War, That is where she got her title as the Slug Princess.
2)Kamishiro's appearance(the skin he got) is that of Arslan from The Heroic Legend of Arslan, It was supposed to be an Author's note in the first chapter that I missed.
