Isamu hurled it forward.
"Not good! Get behind me!" Orochimaru roared. Without hesitation, he bit his thumbs and slammed his hands onto the ground. "Ninjutsu: Triple Rashōmon!"
Three massive demonic gates rose up in front of them. But—they shattered instantly. The Rasenshuriken tore through all three gates like paper and continued forward. Orochimaru froze.

"Damn summon… ruining my fun." He raised his gaze. "Amaterasu."
Black flames erupted instantly—landing directly on the three summons.
"AHHH!!" Gama Bunta leaped wildly, trying to shake them off. "What is this?! It won't go out!"
Manda rolled violently across the ground. "Damn it! It burns!"
Katsuyu calmly split off the burning portions of her body to escape the flames.
"Gama Bunta, hold on!" Jiraiya quickly formed hand seals. "Water Release!"
Orochimaru did the same. Water engulfed the flames—but instead of extinguishing them, they burned even fiercer.
"AHHH! What are you doing?!" Gama Bunta roared.
"Idiot! That made it worse!" Manda snapped.
Jiraiya's eyes widened. Water doesn't work…?Then he realized. "Gama Bunta! Return to Mount Myōboku—now!"
Without hesitation—Poof!—Gama Bunta vanished. Elsewhere, the flames extinguished instantly. Manda didn't wait for instructions—he disappeared as well. Katsuyu turned to Tsunade.
"Lady Tsunade?"
"…Go back."
"Yes."
She vanished, leaving behind several small slugs to support the trio. Isamu lowered his hand.
"The distractions are gone." His gaze landed on Tsunade. "Now… it's your turn. Watch carefully."
He began forming hand seals.
"Wood Release: Deep Forest Emergence!"
The ground trembled. Countless massive trees burst forth, surging toward the trio like a tidal wave. Tsunade's eyes widened.
"This… this is Grandfather's technique… How do you know it?!"
She couldn't comprehend it. No one in the Senju Clan besides Hashirama had mastered this. Where had lsamu learned it?
The sea of trees closed in. Jiraiya exhaled slowly. "…Guess this is it."
Orochimaru gave a faint, bitter smile. "To die alongside you… what a joke."
They both stopped resisting. There was no escape. Tsunade stared ahead. Fragments of memories echoed in her mind—
"Tsunade… I'll always protect you."
"I want to stay by your side through every season…"
