Hearing the affirmation from Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Five Kage fixed their gaze on Uchiha Isamu.
"Damn it!"
"Decided—let's have them all use Susanoo."
As Isamu's words fell, the clones leaped forward, surrounding the Five Kage.
"Whoosh!"
One after another, hundred-meter-tall giants materialized before them.
"D-damn it! This guy is actually this strong…" Ōnoki gritted his teeth as the towering Susanoo reappeared—the shadow that haunted his mind.
Facing more than twenty semi-complete Susanoo, the Five Kage felt a deep sense of powerlessness.
"Hmph! If you're scared, then move aside!" A roared, charging straight toward five Susanoo.
"I refuse to be afraid! I will destroy these Susanoo and erase this shadow in my heart!" Ōnoki gathered his courage and flew toward another five.
"The Will of Fire is not so fragile!" Hiruzen Sarutobi followed, rushing into battle.
"A bunch of lunatics!" Hata Saemon cursed, but still joined the charge.
"Damn it… don't think you're the only ones with guts!" Hozuki Eiji hardened his resolve and attacked as well.
Each of the Five Kage engaged five Susanoo at once.
Watching this, Isamu let out a cold, amused laugh.
"You might have had a chance if you stayed together. Splitting up like this? You have no chance at all."
He leapt onto a massive boulder, no longer bothering to watch them. Instead, his gaze shifted to the battlefield below, where the Shinobi Allied Forces struggled against the Tailed Beasts and Uchiha forces cloaked in their power.
"Heh… not bad. The united shinobi actually managed to hold them off."
"Let me make things more interesting."
With a chuckle, Isamu formed hand seals once more.
Seventy-five additional Wood Release clones burst forth and charged into the battlefield—each one manifesting Susanoo.
The moment those towering blue giants appeared again, the Allied Forces' morale took a massive hit.
"D-damn it… what kind of monsters are these? The Tailed Beasts were already too much, and now even more of those giants?!"
"One hundred thousand against just a few dozen… and we're still struggling?! Can we even win?"
Seeing morale crumble, Jiraiya stepped forward and shouted:
"Don't lose heart! We outnumber him! Even if we can't defeat him directly, we can wear him down! I don't believe he can maintain this level of power forever. As long as we exhaust his Chakra—we win!"
His words spread like fire.
"That's right! We can outlast him!"
"He can't keep this up forever!"
"Hold the line!"
Hope flickered back to life.
But Isamu's clones had no intention of giving them time.
Each Susanoo drew its blade and charged.
"Ahhh!!"
Screams erupted across the battlefield. Within minutes, death spread relentlessly. Against giants of that scale, even a careless step crushed multiple shinobi instantly.
No technique seemed to matter. Fire, water, earth—everything shattered uselessly against Susanoo's overwhelming defense.
Against such power, ordinary ninjutsu felt like nothing.
From atop his boulder, Isamu watched the chaos unfold, a faint smile forming.
"Now this… this is more like it."
---
In a dim cavern, White Zetsu gestured wildly as he spoke to the shadow before him.
"Lord Madara, Isamu is far too strong! He created a hundred Wood Release clones—and every single one is using Susanoo! His Chakra is completely abnormal! At this rate, things will turn against us!"
"Silence."
Madara Uchiha frowned, clearly irritated.
"You're too noisy."
White Zetsu immediately shut up.
Madara narrowed his eyes, watching the battlefield through his perception.
"Isamu… I underestimated you. Even at my peak, defeating you wouldn't have been guaranteed."
His body trembled slightly—not from fear, but excitement.
Zetsu hesitated, then spoke again.
"If he refuses to cooperate with our plan, it could all fall apart…"
Madara sneered.
"You think too little of the power of the Six Paths."
"Don't be fooled by his display. He relies on vast Chakra—but that alone doesn't define true strength."
Madara's gaze sharpened.
"His eyes are only Eternal Mangekyō. No matter how much power he draws out, it has limits."
"Against my Rinnegan… he stands no chance."
He paused, voice cold and absolute.
"In my eyes, he is still just a child."
Madara continued, his tone almost analytical.
"Chakra is like ammunition. Isamu has plenty of it—but his methods of using it are crude."
"He wields immense power, yet lacks refinement. Ten units of strength become eight… sometimes even less."
A faint smile appeared on his lips.
"But I am different."
"My power is precise. Refined."
"Ten units of strength… become twelve."
That was the true gap—
Not just power.
But mastery.
