Chapter 41 - Chapter 41 An Instinct Named Love

Aurora took a deep breath before speaking; this was probably the first time she had felt this level of anger since transmigrating to the Pony World.

She rarely used the word "hate" to describe a pony because The foals were truly friendly. Even with those noble ponies, Aurora only disliked them due to a lack of compatibility, not to the point of hatred.

However, the words, actions, and relentless pestering of the Blue Blood Prince had clearly exceeded the threshold of what Aurora could tolerate.

Aurora was in a terrible mood right now, as anxious as if her house were on fire.

However, despite her anger, she remained rational.

It wouldn't be worth it to suffer social death because of a Blue Blood Prince who had nothing to do with her.

But if she just let him go like this, she certainly wouldn't be able to swallow this insult.

For the sake of harmony and peace in Equestria, while venting, she had to at least avoid using any highly offensive profanities or words starting with "F".

"Hey... what's wrong with you? You don't look so good..."

The extremely confident Blue Blood Prince still hadn't realized there was anything wrong with his words or actions. Seeing the smile fade from Aurora's face and replaced by an expression of rage, he thought something was wrong with her.

"I don't look good? That's all thanks to you! I'm so unlucky to have run into someone like you today, going out of your way to ruin my mood!"

"What?! My darling Aurora, why are you getting so angry out of the blue?"

"You have the nerve to ask me? Ponies should have self-awareness, but unfortunately, you don't. You only have this flashy outfit and despairingly poor upbringing!"

"Don't put on that pathetic act! It makes it look like I'm bullying you."

"I already rejected you at least three times just now. If you can't understand Pony, don't blame me for not giving you any dignity."

"Do you understand the principle of 'three strikes and you're out'? Oh, you don't, because you don't read books without pictures!"

Not a single word Aurora said was vulgar, but her words were sharp. Just by standing there, she exerted a powerful sense of oppression on the Blue Blood Prince. Especially with her face resembling her mother's, it reminded the Blue Blood Prince of how he felt during Madam Meteora's etiquette classes.

However, Meteora would never use such mean words or tone to criticize a Foal. But Aurora was, after all, the same age as the Blue Blood Prince, and since this guy had truly angered her, she didn't hold back in her choice of words.

"Who do you think you are? What right do you have to judge my friends? Just because your family tree is thick?"

"You narcissist, you only think about yourself. You can't even begin to understand the excellent nature of my seniors and juniors; it is far more precious than the status you've built up from your family tree!"

"Don't ever say you're a student of my mother again; my mother couldn't teach someone as ridiculous as you."

"You don't even understand the most basic respect. Aren't you ashamed when you call yourself a prince?!"

As Aurora spoke incessantly, she slowly approached the Blue Blood Prince. Her serious expression completely shattered her usual amiable image, scaring the Blue Blood Prince into retreating repeatedly.

It was unclear if the Blue Blood Prince was too busy being afraid to ignore the lecture from Aurora, or if it was because every sentence she said poked at his turn-off personality, leaving him with nothing to say.

"Listen closely. I could have tolerated your rudeness towards me; after all, we wouldn't have any interaction after tonight. But you blatantly belittled a friend I am proud of right in front of me, so I can only regretfully tell you that no matter how thick your family tree is, it won't be able to protect you."

Aurora had always believed that respect was mutual. Since the Blue Blood Prince didn't know how to respect other ponies, and since this conversation had completely burnt the bridge between them, Aurora naturally wouldn't be polite to him anymore.

She glanced at the eight-layer cake on the dining table. She remembered that in the original story, this guy used Rarity to shield himself from a flying cake to avoid getting dirty, but was still covered in cream by an angry Rarity afterward.

This time, there was no need for the future Rarity to take action. Aurora directly used magic to teleport the Blue Blood Prince into the cake. Watching his shiny, glamorous exterior get covered in a glob of cake cream, Aurora immediately felt much more satisfied.
