Chapter 120 - 120: Blue Spider Lily

"Panel."

Sol Mirek summoned the system interface, ready to review the results of the past month.

The Infinity Castle Control and Reconnaissance Eyeball had evolved from Nakime's ability. It allowed him to teleport targets into a separate dimension where he could freely manipulate the entire structure. The Reconnaissance Eyeball functioned similarly to a wide range sensory ability, perfect for tracking enemies.

Super Regeneration and Five Brains and Seven Hearts both originated from Muzan. These were the abilities Sol valued the most. One ensured survival as long as even a drop of blood remained. The other granted five brains and seven hearts, meaning all cores had to be destroyed at once to truly kill him.

Once Five Brains and Seven Hearts completed its evolution, combined with a demon physique, Sol would be nearly impossible to kill.

Sol dismissed the panel with a satisfied look and carefully placed a cluster of Blue Spider Lilies into a prepared jade box.

"Time to keep a promise," he muttered, a playful smile forming.

By nightfall, Muzan and the Upper Rank demons were already waiting in the ruins.

After more than a month of intense training, their presence had grown significantly stronger. Muzan stood at the front, dressed neatly in his usual suit, his pale face unable to hide his anticipation.

"Ancestor," Muzan said as soon as Sol appeared, dropping to one knee.

Sol walked forward at a relaxed pace and took out the jade box. "The moment you've been waiting for is here."

The box opened.

A strange fragrance spread instantly. Muzan's pupils shrank as he stared at the faintly glowing blue flower inside. His entire body trembled.

"This… this is the Blue Spider Lily," he whispered.

Sol nodded. "The very thing that will let you walk under the sun."

Doma waved his golden fan, smiling brightly. "So we finally made it to this day."

Kokushibo's six eyes fixed on the flower. "How should we consume it?"

Sol glanced over them, amused. "Simple. One each. Swallow it."

Muzan reached out eagerly, then hesitated just before touching it. Suspicion flickered in his eyes.

"Ancestor… shouldn't you take it first?"

Sol looked at him and laughed softly. "What, you think I'd poison you?"

Muzan immediately lowered his head. "Of course not. It's just… something this valuable should benefit you as well."

"Eat it," Sol said calmly, but the pressure in his voice dropped sharply.

A heavy aura filled the air. Even Muzan felt it.

Without another word, Muzan grabbed a flower and swallowed it. The Upper Ranks quickly followed.

The moment it entered his body, Muzan felt warmth spread from his throat to every part of him. He looked down in shock as a faint blue glow appeared across his skin.

"This… this is it," he said, his voice shaking.

Sol nodded. "From now on, sunlight isn't your enemy."

Doma spun lightly, clearly entertained. "So we can finally walk around during the day."

Kokushibo remained silent, but the tension in his stance eased as he felt the change within him.

Sol watched them, then smiled slightly. "Don't celebrate yet."

He snapped his fingers.

Portals opened beneath them, and in an instant, they were pulled into another space.

The Infinity Castle.

Muzan looked around, stunned. The familiar shifting structure surrounded him, yet something felt completely different.

"This… this is the Infinity Castle. But it's not Nakime's control."

His voice carried disbelief.

Sol floated above them, hands in his pockets, looking down with a relaxed smile.

"Do you think the Blue Spider Lily was the end?"

His voice echoed through the vast structure.

"No. This is just the beginning."

Muzan looked up, unease creeping into his expression. "Ancestor… what do you mean?"

Sol dropped lightly to the ground in front of him. "Relax. I just want to test the results."

He snapped his fingers again. The walls of the Infinity Castle turned transparent, revealing the night sky outside.

"It's still night," Sol said, pulling out a pocket watch and glancing at it. "But in eight hours, the sun rises."

Kokushibo's eyes narrowed. "You intend to observe…"

"Exactly," Sol replied, slipping the watch away. "I want to see your first sunrise in person."

Doma paused mid-motion with his fan. "That's sooner than expected."

Gyutaro instinctively pulled Daki closer. Both of them looked uneasy.

Muzan's breathing grew uneven. His fingers trembled slightly beneath his sleeves. This was the moment he had waited for over a thousand years, yet something about it felt wrong.

"Ancestor," he said slowly, "are you certain the Blue Spider Lily worked?"

Sol tilted his head, smiling faintly. "Doubting me already?"

"I wouldn't dare," Muzan replied quickly.

Akaza stepped forward, his markings faintly glowing in the dim light. "If Ancestor says it worked, then it worked."

Sol glanced at him and nodded. "Good. At least someone here trusts me."
