The day began with uncertainty but Elias was surprised to see the people happy and celebrating after the news of their Alpha's mating ritual. The pack had been thrown into uncertainty recently and they received the news quite positively than he expected which brought him relief.
Other packs are facing their individual problems and they still carry on as much as they can, they can't be any different.
Even though it was supposed to be done under a full moon light, the Alpha decision to do otherwise didn't deter them at all. It was impromptu and unexpected, those closest to the Alpha were aware that he had taken an omega months ago.
