I sit there on my own little raft. I knew jet had a odd heat signature but to learn she's literally a walking corpse... it definitely shocked me. Although looking back... its not shocking. I turn my head away from their nonstop case

My head stays turned to ocean as I look in my soul sea. So many faces I don't know. A few I do know. It was my failure they died, but at the same time, I am a ascended. I hear a splash. She's likely using a anti divination ability on me as well. Lastly she's the reason mind attacks completely fail against me. I'm focused to believe shes... sealed.

Even still sealed she's strong enough to completely overwhelm the power of a corrupted terror while not even summoned. If each lineage makes her stronger then how strong was she? She didn't seem to rank up like she did when she absorbed shadow gods lineage when she got storm gods lineage. Shadow and heart likely mean one rank. War, storm, beast, and sun likely are all each half a rank. That means... at her strongest she's a spirit as she started as ascended. One with powers related to each of the gods.
The rafts speed up as cetus moves them to dry land after so long.

I glance at sunny. Then I walk away, i have some aggression i want to take out on a hoard of creatures. I wouldn't want to be mean to sunny or jet they've been through enough. Singer, was i betrayed? Im not sure

I'm not sure who she was speaking to. But I have a guess as to who. I believe it was likely weaver. When and why I'm not sure but she wanted to make a deal but I have no doubt what that end looked like. Her becoming my ice shard.
I grab a piece of meat our of sunny's hand
"Oh fuck!"
He turns into a shadow but quickly comes out of it. He looks frightened.
"Wow you gave him quite the fright."
I throw down a bag of soul shards.
"That mask. I need to see it."
Sunny blinks a few times then gets a almost offended expression
"Hey you can't order me around like this"
I turn my head towards him
"Or you can..."
He summons the mask he uses when in his mongrel persona. I almost snatch it, its harder to do that with only one arm of course.

I then toss it back to sunny sitting down.
After two weeks we finally hear gun fire.
"Falcon Scott? B-but..."
The man's eyes then seems to light up as if seeing something that finally gave him hope
"Gods... great! This is great! I need to inform the... no, wait. Are you guys wounded? Do you need medical attention? Crap, what am I saying... wait, Antarctic Center? Then you are Soul Reaper Jet? I follow to group to to see nephis cooking. Her and sunny converse and all that. I cut in
"I am unfortunately in need of healing."
She glances over her eyebrow raised, then she glances at the sling over my arm. I walk over to her as i do i dismiss the snow and ice sling. I hear a gasp of horror from kai, Nephis seems far less impassive as she almost storms her way over and effie makes a clearly half grossed out half in horror noise.
"Damn dork.... I didn't think... that could ever happen to you...."
Kai runs over clearly close to freaking out
"Pfft should have seen it when it first happened. There was far more bones sticking out"

I eat silently. Kai sits next to me constantly glancing me at me.
