Chapter 6 - Chapter 6 — The Name He Left Behind

Time moved.

Not gently.

Not kindly.

But relentlessly.

Two years passed.

And the world began to notice.

The name "Germa" once again spread across the seas.

Not as a memory—

But as a threat.

Kingdoms whispered it in fear.

Mercenaries spoke it with respect.

Armies collapsed before it.

The empire of Vinsmoke Judge had returned.

Stronger.

Louder.

More feared than ever.

And at the center of it—

His children.

On the battlefield—

Power spoke louder than anything else.

Vinsmoke Ichiji stood amidst burning ruins, red energy erupting from his body, vaporizing anything in his path.

Precise.

Cruel.

Dominant.

Nearby, Vinsmoke Niji moved like lightning itself, blue electricity tearing through enemies faster than they could react.

Violent.

Unstable.

Enjoying every second.

Vinsmoke Yonji laughed as he crushed soldiers with raw strength, his modified body absorbing impacts that would shatter normal humans.

Brutal.

Simple.

Effective.

None of them hesitated.

None of them questioned.

They did as they pleased—

As long as it aligned with destruction.

And above them—

Judge watched.

Proud.

His ego growing with every victory.

"Perfect soldiers."

That was all they were to him.

And in his eyes—

He had surpassed even Vegapunk.

But there were two—

Who stood above the rest.

Not in obedience.

But in presence.

Vinsmoke Reiju walked through a battlefield—

And silence followed.

Her poison had evolved.

Refined.

Controlled to perfection.

She didn't need armies anymore.

Didn't need strategy.

If she wanted—

Half an island could fall.

Alone.

And Reiji—

Was something else entirely.

He didn't rely on abilities.

Didn't need enhancements beyond his body.

His strength—

Was overwhelming.

Each strike carried enough force to crush steel.

Each movement refined through years of adaptation.

His palms—

His chosen style—

Turned into weapons capable of breaking anything in front of him.

If he wanted—

An island wouldn't stand.

Not against him.

But power—

Didn't bring peace.

Elsewhere—

Hidden from the world—

A different life continued.

Dark.

Silent.

Endless.

Vinsmoke Sanji sat inside his cell.

A metal mask covered his face.

Cold.

Unforgiving.

Two years.

Two years without seeing the world.

Without feeling sunlight.

Without showing his face.

Reiji hated it.

Every time he saw it—

Something inside him burned.

That mask—

Took away the last thing that remained of Sora.

Sanji's smile.

The door opened.

As it always did.

Reiju entered first.

Then Reiji.

Sanji looked up.

Even without seeing his face—

They knew.

He was smiling.

"You're late today," Sanji said softly.

Reiju sat beside him.

"We had a mission."

Sanji chuckled lightly.

"…figured."

Reiji leaned against the wall.

Silent.

Watching.

Listening.

These moments—

Were the only ones that mattered.

Over time—

They changed.

Not in power.

But in something deeper.

They talked more.

Laughed.

Shared small stories.

Sanji spoke about the book.

About the All Blue.

"…I'm going to find it one day."

Reiji looked at him.

"…you will."

Simple.

Certain.

Sanji smiled wider.

Even if they couldn't see it—

They felt it.

Sometimes—

They forgot where they were.

Just for a moment.

They were siblings.

Not experiments.

Not soldiers.

Just—

Family.

But reality always returned.

And with it—

Hatred.

Reiji's eyes darkened slightly.

"…I hate him."

The words came out low.

Controlled.

But real.

Reiju didn't respond immediately.

"…me too."

Sanji stayed silent.

But his hands clenched slightly.

They didn't need to say the name.

They all knew.

Then—

The day came.

Another mission.

Another kingdom.

Another war.

East Blue.

The Kingdom of Cozia.

Flames rose once again.

Destruction spread.

Germa had arrived.

But this time—

Something was different.

Inside the prison—

Reiji stood in front of Sanji.

"It's time."

Sanji froze.

"…what?"

Reiju stepped forward.

"We're getting you out."

Silence.

Heavy.

Unreal.

Sanji's voice trembled slightly.

"…why… now?"

Reiji looked at him.

"…because if you stay…"

A pause.

"…you'll disappear."

That was the truth.

Not death.

Something worse.

Sanji stood slowly.

"…okay."

No hesitation.

No doubt.

They moved quickly.

Precise.

Silent.

Reiji broke the restraints.

Reiju neutralized the guards.

Step by step—

Sanji walked out.

For the first time in two years—

He felt freedom.

Even if just for a moment.

Until—

He saw him.

At the exit.

Waiting.

Vinsmoke Judge.

Silence fell instantly.

Sanji froze.

Reiji's body tensed—

But didn't move.

Couldn't.

Judge looked at Sanji.

Cold.

Final.

"…so you're leaving."

Sanji didn't respond.

"You were always a failure."

The words hit.

But didn't break him this time.

Judge turned slightly.

"Then leave."

A pause.

"…and never use the name 'Vinsmoke' again."

Silence.

Heavy.

Absolute.

Sanji's fists clenched.

Then—

Slowly—

He turned.

And walked away.

Not as a prince.

Not as a soldier.

But as himself.

Leaving everything behind.

The name.

The pain.

The cage.

And stepping into—

The unknown.

Toward fate.

Toward the sea.

Toward—

Zeff.

High above—

On the rooftops of Germa—

Reiji and Reiju watched.

Silent.

The wind moved softly around them.

"…he made it," Reiju said quietly.

Reiji nodded.

"…yeah."

They watched as Sanji disappeared into the distance.

Free.

For the first time.

"…he'll be okay," Reiju said.

Reiji looked toward the horizon.

Far beyond.

Beyond Germa.

Beyond everything.

"…he'll find him."

Zeff.

Then—

Someday—

Someone else.

Monkey D. Luffy.

And when that happened—

Sanji would smile again.

For real.

Not hidden.

Not broken.

Free.

Reiji exhaled slowly.

"…this is better."

Not for them.

But for him.

And that—

Was enough.

For now.
