"she just had a panic attack and she's fine now so you can go in". As the doctor said that Yumi ran inside and saw her mom awake then her mom said "I'm okay, I'm fine now". Tears fell from yumi's eyes as she embraced her mom. "Mom don't scare me like that again". They all left the hospital the next day. Once they reached her house she thanked both of them and said "goodbye". She walked into her house leaving them standing there then they walked home. As the walked home yuji was still worried about her so the next day he waited for her outside her house and when she came out she saw him "what are you doing here". Yumi asked shocked. "Tatsuki said I should walk you to school". Yuji lied but she believed him so they walked to school together then as they were about to cross the road a car came out of nowhere and was about to hit her but he saved her in the nick of time. "Thank you". She said still overwhelmed with fear. He just smiled and they continued walking.
At school
Tatsuki waited at the gate then he saw them approaching so he ran towards them and said "why are you guys late, the PE teacher is making the late comers run laps". Yuji walked towards the fence of the school then looked at both of them then they all looked at each other. Soon they found their selves climbing the fence with the help of Yuji. After Yumi and Tatsuki had gotten over tatsuki said "your turn". But Yuji said no and threw his bag and told them to go as he walked towards the gate. After two periods had gone by Yuji finally entered the class with some other guys. He walked towards his sit then Yumi grabbed his hand. "Are you okay". She asked with a concerned look and that made a light blush appear on his face. "I'm fine". He withdrew his hand then sat down on his seat as he placed his head on his desk. A teacher walked in and started calling names then she realized koji wasn't in school today. During lunch she couldn't focus on eating then she overheard some girls talking about what happened to koji and one of the girls had said koji's address. Yumi smiled as a thought appeared in her mind. After break they all went back to their classroom then they changed for their PE lesson and headed to the gym and as they walked in they saw koji dressed in the PE wear and was talking to the teacher and for a second she thought their eyes met. Then the PE teacher grouped them and she was in a group with koji, Yuji and a girl named Shinju. Shinju was literally the tomboy of their class.
"Today we will be playing a game called dodgeball". The teacher said then added "The two girls in each team will be playing against each other with the boys trying to protect them and if the boys in a team are hit... Your team is out."
The game started with yumi's team against another team. They started throwing balls at each other and the person who was protecting Yumi was...koji so Yumi tried to impress him by hitting the guy in their opposing team earning them a point. "Good job". Koji said as he ruffled her head. Yuji looked at koji with flames in his eyes. Then the ball hit Yumi and Yuji so both of them were out so it was only Shinju and koji left. "Good work". She said as she stretched out her hand and he shook it as he smiled them she began cheering for her teammates. At the end they.....lost. And after that koji left but before he left he had said goodbye to all of them.
Yumi was soooo happy cause(you'll find out). They had changed and had walked back to their classroom and they were all exhausted so the teacher gave them 30 minutes to relax. After the period ended they all began going home and she walked home with Yuji and Tatsuki. After she reached her place she waved them goodbye then entered her house. They continued walking home then reached tatsuki's place but Yuji stood outside. "Aren't you coming in". Yuji said he'd come back tomorrow then began walking. Then he stopped at a huge mansion with lights shining, he walked in then took a deep breath before opening the front door. "I'm home". Then a beautiful woman walked downstairs and when she saw him she smiled. "Your back, is it for good this time". "Why did you bring him back". The woman frowned at the question "I can choose to do whatever I want with him".
Yuji became angry "did you have to enroll him in my school".
"I figured you needed company". "I don't need anything from you or him!, I just need you to stop ruining my life and I want him to leave". With that being said he left. We see our Yuji on top of a roof sitting as tears began to fall from his eyes "I wish you were here". An image of and old woman patting his head appeared in his mind.
The next day
He wakes up inside and hears someone shouting his name and he gets down from the roof.
