DAY 26. Dr. Gregor Bunth, log 11 of Subject 1176, at first after two week of no sign of mutation or negative side-effects, until the twenty-fourth day of the Subject's hospitalization, during a check-up, we've noticed a lump on the right calf of the patient, it was black, and bruise.
Firm to the touch, and Mr. Haize has expressed great discomfort, and pain, we've believed that it might be a minor side-effects of the Rejuvenate medicine, I ordered the elimination of the lump, numbing the area around of the black lump, upon my initial incision it burst open, oozing grayish ooze of a foul smell, and a number of crystals of three tones of pink and burgundy.
The subject sprouted crystals from his body, upon being exposed the looks, showed great relief...but this anomaly, it's a great concern, I immediately took the subject to the operation room, believe we needed to removes the crystals from the Subject's calf.

Recorded Changes Skintone-Suffering from a perculiar anomaly, becoming pale from a degradation of color, along with a multitude of lumps were growing, along with various colors, glowing slightly. Other Changes-A multiple number, 75 in total of unopened lumps, spread across the subject, while countless crystals and glass shards have burst from various part of the Subject's body, pink and burgundy crystals staying around the belly, limbs, red crystal on joints, green ones have discovered around the waist and feet, for now those are the crystals that have been recorded. Post Note-Subject started expressing discomfort, not of pain, but difficulty of movement, and demands the crystals to be removed from his limbs only, but all crystals have proven to merged with flesh, and harder than diamond.

Recorded Changes Skintone-The progress of lump growth, pale decoloration, and variety of recorded crystal is growing. Other Changes-Increased number or total unopened lumps, spread across the subject, while countless crystals and glass shards have burst from various part of the Subject's body, even showing signs of crystal production within the inner body of the subject.
