Chapter 13 - CHAPTER 13:The World Stands Again ✨

The war was finally over ⚔️. Zerath had fallen, and the battlefield was wrapped in a heavy, unbelievable silence. Kai lay unconscious on the ground while the team gathered around him, their faces filled with fear, exhaustion, and hope all at once. For a moment, everyone believed they might lose him too.

Slowly, the portals hanging in the sky began to collapse one by one 🌌. The remaining monsters weakened, their roars fading as if their existence had been tied to Zerath's life. Dark clouds that had covered the world for days started drifting away, and for the first time in what felt like forever, warm sunlight touched the earth ☀️. Humanity was finally free from the terror that had haunted it for so long. People stepped out of bunkers and shelters, breathing deeply as relief replaced fear.

When the bunker doors opened 🚪, survivors walked into a city that had changed forever. Broken vehicles were scattered across the streets, roads were shattered, and tall buildings stood half-destroyed. Homes and shops were gone, and the scars of war were everywhere. Yet, despite the destruction, people felt something they hadn't felt in days—hope 💫.

Suddenly, the President's voice echoed through the city speakers 📢. He congratulated humanity for surviving the war and promised that the government would help rebuild everything that had been lost. He spoke about unity, courage, and faith in the future. His words sparked determination in every heart ❤️.

Reconstruction began immediately 🏗️. Soldiers, civilians, and survivors worked side by side, clearing debris and rebuilding homes. Families reunited, strangers helped strangers, and slowly, life began to return to the broken city.

Kai remained in the hospital 🏥, still weak and unconscious. Many of the Black Cops had sacrificed their lives, and their bravery would never be forgotten 🕊️. Their courage had helped turn the tide of the war and protect humanity when it mattered most.

Days later, Kai finally opened his eyes. He remembered nothing about defeating Zerath. Marcus quietly watched from a distance, realizing a troubling pattern—every time Kai's mysterious power awakened, he lost consciousness and remembered nothing afterward 🤔.

After five days of relentless effort, the city began to heal 🌆. Buildings stood again, families had roofs over their heads, and laughter slowly returned to the streets. For the first time since the invasion began, people felt safe… and the world finally began to breathe again 🌍✨.
