Qin Huaian stood at the edge of the underground chamber, his hands glowing with Void Qi. His children, Fenglan and Meiyue, stood behind him, prepared and resolute. Yuanhe, cloaked in voidlight, hovered silently nearby, watching with calculating eyes.
> "It's starting," Yuanhe said. "The First Void Emperor left behind a remnant here—one sealed in rage and sorrow. You must face it."
A loud crack sounded, and the seal split like a spiderweb. From within emerged a silhouette—twisting, ancient, yet regal. Black flames circled its translucent body, its eyes blazing with forgotten hatred.
> "Who dares awaken me?" it roared.
> "We are the heirs of the void," Fenglan replied firmly. "And we came to surpass you."
The First Void Emperor's remnant surged forward. Meiyue channeled Lunar Void Energy, her silver hair flowing like moonlight. Fenglan's Void Glyphs pulsed in response, each symbol anchoring space and tearing open his third realm:

Their combined assault forced the remnant to retreat, but not before it left a mark—a void seal embedded into both twins' hearts, initiating an irreversible evolution.

Far above, in the outer courtyard, Qin Xiaoxiao sensed the disruption. Her cultivation had recently soared, and whispers among the elders said she might soon surpass even the heads of the five great families.
She rushed to the underground gate, only to be met by Song Yueru.
> "Let them finish this alone," Yueru said, placing a calming hand on Xiaoxiao's shoulder.
> "They are just children," Xiaoxiao replied.
> "No longer," Yueru said. "They're Void Heirs now."
