Back at the academy, Kael finished another intense training session.
His body ached, but his control had improved significantly.
Seraphine approached him.
"There's something you need to see."
Kael followed her to the central tower.
Inside, a large magical screen displayed information gathered by scouts.
Several red marks appeared across the map.
Kael frowned.
"What are those?"
Seraphine's expression darkened.
"Multiple gates."
Kael's eyes widened slightly.
"More like the one that attacked the academy?"
Seraphine nodded.
"Yes."
"And they're appearing across the continent."
Silence filled the room.
Kael stared at the map.
This wasn't just an isolated incident anymore.
It was something much bigger.
Leon entered the room, crossing his arms.
"Looks like things are getting interesting."
Kael clenched his fist.
"Not interesting."
He looked at the glowing map again.
"Dangerous."
Seraphine nodded.
"This is only the beginning."
