The very next day, Nayeon got ready and Dohyun picked her up in a black Mercedes-Benz. Nayeon sat in the front seat as they drove off.
"Are you ready?" Dohyun asked her.
"Yeah." She replied.
They went to a salon first.
"How can I help you?" The salon lady asked.
"Make her hair curly." Dohyun said.
Nayeon strongly disagreed.
"Curly hair isn't so common in Korea." She then faced the salon lady. "Style my hair into a bun with edges and then dye it red."
Dohyun rolled his eyes and the lady started working on Nayeon's hair.
She finished later on and Nayeon looked like a princess going for a red carpet event.
"How do I look?" Nayeon asked.
"It's fine. Now let's go." Dohyun said.
He paid and they went to their next stop.
He took her for a pedicure and manicure at a spa, then a make-up artist, and then they were at a mall for clothes.
"Your style is usually so casual and boring to be honest." Dohyun said.
"Hey!" Nayeon was offended.
"Let's buy you more elegant dresses." He said.
Just like that, Dohyun bought Nayeon forty new dresses and spare outfits. Nayeon's eyes almost popped out when she saw the bill.
Dohyun laughed upon seeing her expression.
"Don't worry, this isn't anything big." He said.
"You must be so wealthy to say something like that." She said being surprised.
"Lets go to my house now."
"Your house?"
They got to Dohyun house which was a huge black modern mansion. Nayeon was surprised and speechless.
"You live here, alone?" She asked.
"Yeah. It's my house." He replied.
They got through the driveway and some house helps took over and Dohyun instructed them to take Nayeon to her room.
"My room?" She asked in confusion.
"The contract said that you'll also be living with me, Nayeon." He reminded her.
"Oh, yeah." She remembered.
The house helps took her into her room and she was led into a bedroom bigger than her living room that was fully furnished with a big screen TV, king size bed, her own bathroom and other things.
The house helps left the room and Dohyun came in.
"Do you like it?" He asked.
"Yes, i love it." Nayeon replied.
"On daily bases, when my parents come to visit or we visit them, we must share a room."
"What? Was that in the contract too?"
"Yes. It was."
"Okay, fine."
"My parents moved the dinner to tomorrow evening. So you can have time to rest."
"That's great."
"One more thing..."
Dohyun brought out a set of light brown contact lenses and gave them to her.
"Use this whenever we go outside. I'm a public figure so now that I've broken up with Leah, the public eye will be around you." He said.
"Alright. I'll make sure to use it. That's all, right?" She asked.
"Also, compose yourself when you're outside. You also need a new name... we'll call you Nari Na."
"That's fine by me. Is that all?"
"And we should act like lovers to fool everyone. Most especially my parents, Leah and her parents. That is all."
"Okay."
"And where are your things?"
Nayeon just realised that she had not packed a thing cause she didn't know she would be coming to his house.
"Oh, I guess I didn't know." She said awkwardly.
"Don't worry. I'll replace all your items for you. Anything you need just tell me. Then I'll tell someone ro get it for you." Dohyun said.
He left and Nayeon decided to test his honesty. She wanted to see if he would actually get anything for her.
She made a long list of things that she wanted and then searched for Dohyun around his big mansion. She then found him in his office and gave the list to him.
"Hmm. Alright." He said while looking at the list.
Nayeon returned to her bedroom and started watching tutorials on how to act like a fiancée. A few minutes later, some house helps came knocking on her door and then four house helps moved a ton of bags into her bedroom.
"This is everything on the list, right?" Dohyun asked them.
"Yes, Sir." They all replied.
When they left, Nayeon was very surprised.
"You actually g-got all of this?" She asked in a surprised manner.
"You'll be spoiled if your my fiancée, Nayeon. You have to act classy infront of everyone for now." He spoke.
"Is this how Leah was spoilt?"
"Much more than this. And the house helps prepared a working closet for you next door."
Dohyun said he had much work to get back to and left Nayeon. Nayeon looked all over her bedroom floor and saw so many bags there. She counted at least up to thirty even though there was way more than that. She checked and saw everything and even extra on her list. Clothes, bags, shoes, jewellery, cosmetics, hair tools, laptop, make-up,plus even more. And they were all designer.
Nayeon was in for a lot.
