Chapter 63 - Chapter 63: The Revenge Plan

After teaching the Navy and the World Government a lesson, Qiuxia originally thought he could spend a peaceful month lying flat before successfully returning to the Naruto World. However, with only a few days left before his departure, he encountered Cipher Pol agents once again. These special agents didn't approach him; they merely reported his current location.

Qiuxia was used to these malicious stares. As long as they didn't step forward, he didn't plan to attack them. But as he continued to relax, he suddenly felt a powerful threat descending from the sky above. Sensing the danger, Qiuxia didn't hesitate for a second. He transformed into a streak of starlight and instantly vanished from his ship.

Barely two seconds after he left the vessel, a massive pillar of energy crashed down from the heavens. With his ship as the center, the seawater within a four to five-kilometer radius was instantaneously vaporized by the blast.

Having dodged the attack and reappeared several kilometers away, Qiuxia couldn't help but wipe the cold sweat from his forehead. "Holy hell, was that some kind of orbital railgun? Thank god I moved, otherwise, I'd be dead or dying. Something that powerful can't be unrecorded... could it be...?"

Qiuxia thought deeply for a moment until a spark of realization struck him. "Uranus! That's the most likely candidate. The only people I've provoked are the Navy and the World Government. The Navy doesn't have a trump card this lethal, so it must be the World Government's Uranus."

"Those bastards. Was it really that big of a deal that you had to fire Uranus? Damn it, I'm not letting this go. I'll make you regret this!"

If the Five Elders had heard Qiuxia's words, they probably would have died of sheer rage. Not a big deal? You took down two of the Four Emperors and nearly ten Admirals! What else were they supposed to do if not deploy Uranus? They couldn't exactly ask Imu, sitting upon the Empty Throne,

to come down and deal with him personally. Although the Five Elders viewed Qiuxia as powerful, they didn't believe he was a match for Imu. Compared to Uranus, Imu was their true foundation. They used Uranus to execute him first; if that failed, they would call upon Lord Imu.

Time continued to flow, and soon there was only half a day left before Qiuxia's return. On the final night, as the bright moon hung high in the sky, a thunderous explosion rocked the vicinity of Mary Geoise. A massive earthquake followed, causing many buildings to collapse. Numerous slaves, servants, and even some Celestial Dragons were crushed to death before they could be rescued.

When the tremors finally subsided, the survivors discovered that the section of the Red Line surrounding Mary Geoise had vanished. A massive amount of seawater was rushing in from the direction of the New World, and the surrounding sea levels were rising at a visible rate.

The night passed quickly. The next morning, as the first rays of sunlight appeared, fresh news spread across the seas. The Red Line around Mary Geoise had been breached, and the passage between the Four Seas and the New World had been opened.

It wasn't just one opening; dozens of gaps had appeared in the barrier of the Red Line. From then on, travel between the Four Seas and the New World became far more convenient for pirates.

Many pirates who yearned for the New World but were previously unable to reach it took this opportunity to head there. Conversely, those who couldn't survive in the New World wanted to use this chance to return to the Four Seas. However, while leaving the Four Seas was easy, returning from the New World was not.

Qiuxia had placed mazes and illusionary formations at those passages. It was impossible to return through themunless the pirate was at least Admiral level. Anyone below the Admiral-Emperor Tier would find the maze unbreakable.

However, most pirates of Admiral level or higher were doing just fine in the New World and had no interest in running back to the Four Seas. Consequently, as more pirates sought adventure in the New World, their numbers in the Four Seas would dwindle.

Of course, that was a matter for the future. For now, the Five Elders were once again furious over the upheaval, searching for the culprit and reporting to Imu, while the Navy used the chaos to capture as many pirates as possible.

Meanwhile, our protagonist, Qiuxia, had already returned to the Naruto World.

Back in the Naruto World, Qiuxia checked the time. Only one night had passed since he left, just like his first time traveling to the Zombie World.

After returning from the One Piece World, the first thing Qiuxia did was visit Miroku in the Land of Demons to celebrate his return and check on the progress of her cultivation.

After spending a few days playing in the Land of Demons, Qiuxia returned to Konoha. It had been a long time since he had eaten Ichiraku Ramen, so he headed straight to the shop.

"Ayame, could I get a large bowl of Chashu Tonkotsu Ramen? Extra chashu, please!" Qiuxia said as he pulled back the curtain and walked into the shop.

There were three people sitting inside. One was a young boy with golden hair and six little whiskers on his face. The other two were girls with black hair and pale white pupils.

Hearing Qiuxia's voice, Ayame stepped out and smiled. "Oh, it's Qiuxia! It's been a while since you visited. I thought you'd grown tired of Ichiraku Ramen."

"Of course not. I was just tied up with some things at home," Qiuxia explained with a smile, choosing a seat far away from the boy and the two girls.

"Just a moment. Once I finish the orders for Naruto and the two young ladies of the Hyuga family, yours will be next!"

Qiuxia waved his hand dismissively. "No worries, I'm not in a hurry. They were here first, so it's only right to serve them first."

As Ayame went back to work, the ramen shop fell silent. After a long while, Naruto, unable to stand the quiet environment, spoke up. "Hey, do you like ramen too? This is my first time seeing you here!"

"Maybe we just come at different times," Qiunie replied tonelessly.

"Are you a student at the Ninja Academy?" Naruto continued to ask.

"No. My ninja aptitude isn't great, so I didn't go to the academy. I stay at home and plan to grow some vegetables or do a little business in the future."

Naruto wanted to say something more, but one of the Hyuga girls spoke first. "Having poor aptitude doesn't mean you can't be a ninja. Even if you can't use Ninjutsu, you can still practice Taijutsu. Konoha's Jonin, Might Guy, is a Taijutsu specialist."

Hearing her, Qiunie replied, "You have a point. But not everyone can put in as much effort as Might Guy. Besides, everyone's constitution is different. Some have bodies that recover quickly; no matter how they train, a medicinal bath and a night's rest is all they need. Others require much longer to recover."

"Some have the aptitude but lack resources. Some have the resources but lack aptitude. Taijutsu training is incredibly bitter; not everyone can endure it."

After listening to him, the Hyuga girl looked deeply at Qiunie. "You're very mature, perhaps too mature for your age. I am Ruri Hyuga, and this is my cousin, Hinata Hyuga. How should we address you?"

Qiunie's eyes flickered slightly at Ruri's words. "I am Qiunie Uchiha. Many people have said that to me, but it seems normal once you know my situation. I'm an orphan. Children without parents often mature faster than those with families.

Since I have no parents, I have to think about how to survive on my own. The investment required to become a ninja is too great. Of course, one could choose not to invest anything at all, but that would mean falling behind your peers and potentially dying during a mission."

Qiunie paused and looked at the two girls. "Looking at your foreheads, you must both be from the Main House. You don't lack resources for your growth. If you were from the Branch House, or even just commoners, things would be quite different."

Ruri Hyuga looked back at him and said, "Surely the Uchiha Clan wouldn't lack the resources to support one of their own."
