As night fell and Qiuxia was whisked away by his Gold Finger, a colossal transformation began to sweep across the Divine Land of the Zombie World. The grand array Qiuxia had established began to frantically devour the power of the stars falling from the heavens,
converting it into Spiritual Qi. Some of this energy scattered across the Divine Land, while some merged into existing spirit veins or condensed to form entirely new ones.
Every foreign cultivator across the globe bore witness to the changes occurring within the Divine Land. They rushed to its borders, desperate to enter, yet the sheer power of the array held them all at bay.
With the assistance of the Heavenly Dao, the density of Spiritual Qi within the Divine Land grew exponentially. One by one, spirit veins were born. The common folk living upon the land found their old lingering injuries mending under the influence of the Qi, and their lifespans were silently extended without them even realizing it.
Meanwhile, the old monsters of the cultivation world emerged from their grotto-heavens and blessed lands. They no longer needed to hide away to preserve their remaining years; with this abundance of Spiritual Qi, the possibility of taking a step further in their cultivation had finally returned.
Down in the Underworld, the authorities were well aware of the unprecedented changes occurring in the mortal realm. However, due to the massive influx of wrathful spirits they had been dealing with previously, they lacked the resources to intervene.
They had originally intended to let some of the more uncontrollable fierce ghosts escape into the human world, but Qiuxia had sealed every rift between the two realms. Any attempt to secretly pry open a cracksomething that might have been easy beforewas now an impossible task thanks to the presence of the array.
Only the deities of the Underworld, empowered by their divine offices, could pass between the realms to escort souls. The wrathful spirits and fierce ghosts simply could not ascend. Even the tradition of bringing ghosts up for the Hungry Ghost Festival seemed unlikely now; the array ensured that the Underworld Messengers could only take souls down, never bring them back up.
While this was a setback for the Underworld, it was a magnificent blessing for the mortal realm, especially for the common people. Since the fierce ghosts could not return to the surface, they could no longer wreak havoc.
After all, a ghost never ascended just for fun; they would inevitably cause massive destruction, slaughtering the living to devour their Yang Qi and blood essence to increase their own power. In such a scenario, it was always the commoners who suffered most.
As the Spiritual Qi surged, the old monsters did more than just cultivate; they opened their sect gates wide, recruiting disciples with reckless abandon. In the past, when Qi was scarce, they had to be selective and stingy with their teachings. Now, they followed the philosophy of "the more, the better," provided the disciples adhered to the sect rules.
Qiuxia remained oblivious to the upheavals in the Zombie World. By this time, he had already returned to the Naruto World. Upon his arrival, he immediately released Uncle Jiu, Lady Cane, and Ren Tingting.
Having arrived in this new world, Uncle Jiu and Lady Cane naturally needed to learn the local language. Otherwise, they would be unable to communicate with anyone when they went out to explore. Unlike his other companions, Qiuxia chose a more direct approach for the two of them. Using a Dharma transmission, he directly implanted the local tongue into their minds, sparing them the effort of learning bit by bit.
As for Chau-sang, Man-choi, and Ren Tingting, the reason Qiuxia didn't use this method was simple: he wanted them to learn through hard work. If those two troublemakers, Chau-sang and Man-choi, mastered it instantly, there was no telling what kind of chaos they would stir up outside. Tingting was still under consideration, but those two were almost guaranteed to cause trouble.
Although Qiuxia had done much in the Zombie World to settle his karmic debts, his actions within the Gold Finger had earned him a substantial amount of World Origin. With these origins in hand,
he could once again upgrade his cultivation techniques. Unsure of how long this session would take, Qiuxia left a clone in Konohagakure. After greeting Miroku, Uncle Jiu, and the others, he entered seclusion to begin the upgrade.
As Qiuxia poured a massive amount of World Origin into the Star Scripture, the profound mysteries of the stars flooded into his sea of consciousness. As the technique evolved,
Qiuxia cultivated beneath its shifting forms. Consequently, the entire Naruto World was plunged into the state of Daikokutenthe Great Black Heaven. Starlight descended, enveloping the entire world.
While the shroud of starlight was inconvenient for the daily routines of ordinary people, it did not harm them. On the contrary, under the starlight, ordinary humans found their bodies strengthened,
old wounds healed, and illnesses cured. For ninjas, the benefits were even greater; their chakra refinement speed accelerated, internal damage was repaired, and even those whose lifespans had been shaved away by forbidden techniques found their longevity returning.
Despite these immense benefits, the Kage of the Five Great Villages ordered their subordinates to investigate the phenomenon. As expected, the source was traced back to the Land of Demons. Though the Five Villages desperately wanted to see what was happening inside, the Land of Demons was covered by a gargantuan barrier that was utterly impenetrable.
If they could enter, they might at least gather some intelligence, regardless of whether they were a match for the culprit. But now, they weren't even given the opportunity. Stuck outside the Land of Demons, they were left with no recourse.
Under the continuous glow of the starlight, three months passed in the blink of an eye. In that time, the common folk shifted from their initial fear and confusion to a state of calm acceptance.
Aside from the sky being perpetually dark, their lives were unaffected. In fact, the benefits were numerous: crops grew at an accelerated rate, and everyone felt physically robust. Even the elderly regained their health.
When the three months finally concluded, the starlight dissipated, and the sun once again graced the earth with its rays. Under normal circumstances, people would have welcomed the return of the sun.
However, after experiencing three months of increasing strength and divine health, and after the ninjas enjoyed accelerated training and mending of internal injuries, the people didn't welcome the sunlight. Instead, they felt a sense of loathing toward it.
Regardless of their feelings, unless Qiuxia upgraded his technique again, the starlight would not descend again anytime soon. Having awakened from his trance and felt the changes in his state, Qiuxia immediately opened his status panel to observe the data.

The changes in his data were not numerous, but they were significant. First, his Realm had advanced from True Person to Soul Formation. Second, his proficiency in his technique had jumped from 'Small Success' to 'Mastery.' Third, a note stating "In Transformation" had appeared next to the Zombie World.
To address the first change: the Soul Formation realm was the stage following the True Person realm.
In the Celestial Master realm, one needed to condense a Golden Core while tempering the soul to become an Yin Spirit, a Yang Spirit, or a balanced Yin-Yang Spirit. The True Person realm involved evolving that Golden Core into a Nascent Soul. Now, in the Soul Formation realm,
the Yin-Yang Spirit formed from the soul merges with the Nascent Soul to create a Primordial Spirit. Once the Primordial Spirit is formed, one must condense a Dharma Form, though it is possible to skip the Dharma Form and focus solely on strengthening the Yin-Yang Primordial Spirit itself.
This was the standard advancement path for ordinary cultivators. However, back when Qiuxia was in the True Person realm, the star cores within his acupoints were already over ten times larger than they had been during his time as a Celestial Master.
Upon reaching the Soul Formation realm, those star cores had transformed into miniature planets. The interior of Qiuxia's body had become like a scaled-down universe.
After breaking through to Soul Formation, his original soul naturally merged with those planets to form his Primordial Spirit. Unlike others, whose Primordial Spirits could leave the body through "astral projection,"
Qiuxia's Primordial Spirit was anchored, residing within those planets. Therefore, if Qiuxia wished to display the full power of the Soul Formation realmaside from sheer cultivation suppressionhe would need to continue his training until he could manifest a Dharma Form.
