Rollings Designs - The next day
I was studying the legal notice Alex sent at the hotel yesterday.
I couldn't help but notice he mentioned the treaty at several places.
I picked up my phone and dialled a number.
"John," I said.
"One, find out everything about the treaty Alex mentioned in the notice,"
"Second, see if you can find where the original treaty is."
Though the treaty mentioned several places, one place it was mentioned was the River Treaty.
Therefore, I have to see the original one.
Not a digitalization of it.
Not a lawyer's summarised one,
But the real one is on paper.
John arrived within minutes.
"I thought it's best I search here," John said as he sat across from me.
"That way, if I have any questions, I can ask directly."
"Where will you begin from?"
"I'll try the international jewelry archives first,"
He found several results, but most were incomplete as they were closed for confidential matters while the rest were restricted access to.
