One room office - The next day
The news was full of Alex Vale unleashing a battle against Harmon Designs.
"Oh," I said as I leaned forward to read the news on the screen.
"Harmon Designs rejects international corporations?"
"What?" I was shocked.
"She actually rejected an international corporation?"
"Veronica?" I said.
"I can understand, she doesn't have the brains,"
"But Jonathan?"
"How could you make Harmon Designs lose such a great opportunity?"
"Wait what?" I said as I read the next lines.
"Lawsuit? Treaty?"
My eyes opened wide on the next line.
"Blue Heart?"
"So, he's not interested in doing business with Harmon Designs,"
"He's targeting her cause of the Blue Heart,"
For the first time I found someone who made me feel hope was still alive.
"So someone is there who found a way to break her,"
"Looks like I'll have to do a little more investigation into this Alex Vale,"
"I already know about the Blue Heart,"
