Jonathan's POV
Rollings Mansion
I was still here and felt odd as I slept in the guest room.
"Dad!" Joshua came running in.
Then stopped.
"What's the matter?" I asked him, smiling.
"Sorry, mom said, you don't remember so—"
"You're my son,"
"Of course I remember you, bud."
"Dad!" Joshua jumped into my arms.
"Mom said breakfast is ready,"
"Then let's go."
As I came down, she was serving the pancakes.
Joshua ran off to play as soon as he finished his breakfast.
"Did you have the dream again?"
I looked up as she asked me.
"Yes," I said in a frank voice.
"Honestly, there's not a night I don't get the dream."
"Tonight it was different,"
"She was standing beside me,"
"I still couldn't see her face, but each time I feel closer to her than anyone."
"And honestly, I have been feeling more unsettled since I came here."
"I haven't told anyone as I didn't recognize the place,"
"But after coming here,"
I pointed towards the fireplace in the hall.
