Auric looked down, staring at his plate. He finally realized how the Lightning Emperor felt when Simon died.
He would feel even worse if it were his family member.
Just thinking about someone close to him dying was giving him so much pain. It was no wonder that the Lightning Emperor reacted that way.
Was he too emotional? Was it normal to feel this way?
Auric suddenly raised his head, looking at Milinda and Katarina, who were still worrying about him. "Sorry for making you guys worried."
Auric gave them the best smile he could offer.
"I know that I may have reacted excessively. I'd like to apologize for that. Also, the store will be reopened tomorrow. You guys can return for now. I'm sorry for the inconvenience."
"Do you want me to help you in this matter?" Katarina asked. "If it's a mission, I should be able to issue punishment if they have made a mistake."
