"We're finally done here." Auric smiled, looking at the store he had just closed. Even though only two weeks had passed, it felt like a very long time.
Still, he finally finished everything he needed to do in this city.
"It's time to go home." Auric had already missed his home, considering he hadn't been back for three weeks.
Auric turned to Katarina and said with a smile, "Thank you for helping me, Katarina."
"Not at all. I actually enjoyed this a lot. Besides, I learned a lot from you." Katarina knew that without Auric, she wouldn't figure out a way to improve her bullets.
But now that creating composite bullets could be done, her path widened. There was no need for her to worry about her progression for a while.
"If you need anything, you can call me." Katarina winked playfully while taking out her phone.
Auric chuckled. "I will if there's an opportunity."
"I hope we will meet again in the future." Katarina extended her hand.
