From a distance, a lone car could be seen approaching the now dead silent Hydra facility
Vroom!
After a few seconds, the car finally came to a stop right outside the facility
Then the car's door opened, revealing a tall man with short brown hair and black eyes. The man's name was Johann Schmidt, also known as Red Skull; his usually stone-cold face seemed to hold a trace of anger
He then started to walk towards the unusually quiet facility

After he reached the door, he knocked
BANG! BANG! BANG!!
But even after 10 seconds, no one answered
The man frowned
Johann Schmidt POV: Something's wrong from the moment I got here; there was only silence, not even a single person in sight. No guards, no patrol, nothing, I thought, my body filled with tension
But then a very familiar smell assaulted my senses. It was the smell of blood
BAM!!
The Door of the facility was then suddenly kicked with enough force to send it flying.
And sure enough, inside the facility was a pile of corpses stacked upon each other
BAM!
DAMN IT ALL, shouted Johann Schmidt in anger, while punching the wall beside him, leaving a knuckle-shaped imprint
Johann Schmidt POV: Was it the Americans?. No, unlikely, they can't mobilize troops without me knowing it beforehand. I have planted spies all across their country. i thought
The eerie silence of the factory was suddenly interrupted by a faint beeping
BEEP

The man's head snapped towards the sound's direction,
It seemed to be coming from the pile of corpses, though the man, while approaching
But then the beeping intensified
The man's eyes widened as a single thought passed through his mind
BOMB! thought the man while sprinting outside the factory

BOOM!!
The previously silent but intact facility was now nothing more than a pile of rubble
DAMN IT! WHOEVER DID THIS KNOW I'M GONNA FIND YOU!! shouted the man who had avoided the explosion just in time

A man was silently reading a newspaper
Breaking News: Rumors say that a magician paid a visit to the Lehigh military camp located in New Jersey. He also brought 47 soldiers from Liechtenstein who were captured by the nazis
What a ridiculous world that we are living in muttered the man, tired

You may enter. said the man while massaging his temples as if preparing to hear more nonsense
A young soldier walked in, but this time with an excited expression
What is it this time?. asked the man
Sir Colonel Philips, the Hydra base in Liechtenstein, was just destroyed in an explosion, said the young man with excitement in his voice
Who destroyed it? Was it us? asked the colonel, confused
Negative, sir, said the young soldier, who was also confused, then continued, the explosion seemed to come from inside the facility.
Very well, you may leave said Colonel
And with a salute, the young soldier walked out

Colonel PhilipsPOV: Well, at least it wasn't by voodoo bullshit i thought, relieved, then frowned, but who did it? Was it the magician? The men he saved were rescued from that same base.

No matter, at least he is on our side, thought the Colonel
Narrator: As the days passed, more hydra facilities were destroyed, More and more prisoners of war were rescued, and even more evil extinguised
All those bases were destroyed in a similar yet more brutal fashion
Some were outright crashed by solid shadows and reduced to dust

Of course, before that, the prisoners of war were safely evacuated.
Other Hydra bases experienced Horror beyond their comprehension

Narrator: He destroyed a total of 12 minor Hydra bases all over Europe and rescued a total of 167 men. Thankfully, most bases did not have any prisoners, which allowed the man to destroy them instantly.

Eldrin POV: It is now June 21, i though while slowly lowering the platform with the last captured soldiers, tomorrow America will give birth to their first ever Superhero, The one and Only Captain America, which is why I will temporarily stop destroying Hydra bases, after all i need to be there to ensure nothing goes wrong.

The Captured Soldiers' voices of gratitude interrupted my thinking
I turned towards them with a smile and said
There's no need for gratitude, and I apologise yet again for my late arrival. I wish I could have prevented your capture alltogether but circumstances prevented me from doing so. I said while slightly bowing
You need not apologise, son. If it wasn't for you, we would have never been rescued; we would probably have been killed by those Nazis after they used us for labor. said one of the men
His right Son. Said a man while walking towards Eldrin, the man wore a green military uniform with a military hat; he seemed to be a colonel
You have done us a great service by destroying those Hydra fuckers and rescuing those brave soldiers. said the colonel with gratitude in his usually stern voice, the man was none other than Colonel Philips
Chester Philips. The Colonel introduced himself while extending his hand for a handshake
Eldrin i said while shaking hands with the colonel
Could I talk to you in private Mr Eldrin? asked Colonel Philips, with a polite tone
Of course i answered
Inside Colonel'S Office
Coffee or Tea asked Colonel Philips
Coffee, if you could i answered
You heard the man said Colonel to a nearby soldier
On it, Sir. answered the young soldier while walking out of the room and closing the door

After the young soldier left, the Colonel then said to Eldrin
Mr. Eldrin i must thank you yet again for warning us about the Hidden Hydra agent said Colonel Philips with gratitude, but then asked with confusion, "But I feel like I have to ask, why are you putting such effort into helping us? With your power, you could rule the whole world, yet here you are helping us instead of doing just that.
But Eldrin said in a Serious Tone
The world is not mine to rule; I am merely just a man trying to make it a bit better than what it is today. Eldrin then continued, A crown is warranted with Strength, but not just physical strength. A strong will and a great character are also required.
