Camilla reached the heavy wooden door of her private bedroom. She pushed it open, stepped inside, and closed it firmly behind her. The room was quiet and empty.
She walked straight across the room. She pushed the glass doors open and stepped out onto her private balcony.
The morning air was fresh and warm. The sky above the mansion was a beautiful, clear blue. A few white clouds floated lazily in the distance. The gardens below were full of green trees and colorful flowers. It was a perfect, peaceful day.
But Camilla did not care about the peace. She wanted to leave.
