In the spaceship an assembly was quickly organized. The hall was buzzing with muffled voices. Yet some sat silently with wounded pride. Jabaloma entered the hall followed by Cross. Everyone's attention shifted towards them.
Jabaloma stood on the raised podium and addressed. "Respected Simurians, as you all know that we proposed an offer to the japanese people to safeguard curse spirits. But due to certain developments it failed and a duel was fixed on. But it ended up with a draw."
"Where is Dabura? Where is he hiding after losing the whole battle!" Osuki who sat silently till now shouted from his seat.
"He was severely injured and is now recovering... Furthermore I heard that some Simurians without permission ventured into Tokyo. And many people were injured because of it" Jabaloma said eyeing Osuki. Osuki tsked and sat quietly. The assembly was disbanded.
Prior to the assembly, Jabaloma and Cross met Dabura in his chamber. He was laying on his chair. He turned round and saw them coming, so he raised himself up.
"You don't seem that much beaten up" Cross said.
"I heal much of the wounds, only some minor ones are left. I'll heal them up after getting some rest"
Cross and Jabaloma looked puzzled. Dabura replied "Earth jujutsu is very advance. They have technique to reverse damage and to trap opponent into their domain. We can't win as we are now"
"I understand that much but how did you defeated that shikigami" Jabaloma asked
"It was not me someone else did the finishing blow. I only saw a human who said that it was his leader's technique. He was there scouting strong sorcerers and offered me an invitation."
" It might be that the human are trying to play a double game." Cross suggested.
"It may not be. This group may be an opposite faction. If they had such a strong sorcerer they would have used him. The Japanese representative didn't spoke of any opposite faction existence." Jabaloma said and pondered silently.
'Healing technique, jujutsu traps and a world cutting slash. Surely the human are strong. If only we could get information regarding it. Only if we can put up a coalition with that faction! Did Dabura accepted his offer?' Cross thought.
"Very well, we will be attending a meeting with the humans tomorrow. I will try to ask them about it. Until then no information regarding the duel should leak" Jabaloma said and both of them left Dabura in his room.
